Had a great experience with autumn blu. Ordered my bed on a friday was delivered by the following Saturday. Was given a call an hour before the delivery. It took Linas 25min to out the bed together great service from him.

Autumn Blu's "Sand/Mink" bed is a textbook case of false advertising. Website shows uniform light beige/sand fabric in every product photo. What arrived: dark brown upholstery with the headboard fabric substantially darker than the base—creating an ugly mismatched appearance nowhere shown in their marketing. As an online-only retailer with no showroom anywhere in Ireland, they have zero excuse for such inaccurate images.

Customer service is non-existent and actively obstructive:

Live chat on delivery day (Thursday evening):
Raised issue immediately after their team assembled it. Rep completely dismissed me: "call this number on Monday." When I pointed out it was a Thursday, they lied claiming "you can see the colour on the box without opening it." False—the box exterior showed only "Mink" printed in small text, no fabric sample or colour preview whatsoever.

- First formal email complaint:
Detailed response with side-by-side photos. Their reply was a boilerplate denial claiming it "matches advertised colour" and blaming "lighting conditions, room environment, and screen settings" plus "normal tonal variations between headboard/base." This exact disclaimer does NOT exist on their website—Terms Section 5 only mentions monitor display accuracy. They fabricated wording to dodge responsibility.

- Follow-up emails: Total radio silence despite their own site claiming 48-hour response times. Over two weeks of being ignored.

- No solutions offered: Zero attempt at resolution. Claimed my "acceptance of assembled product" voids rights (illegal under Consumer Rights Act 2022).

Check their Instagram (@autumnblubeds) or their facebook page — it tells the real story: Every single other bed colour (grey, black, cream, velvet) has live video footage and real customer photos showing true fabric appearance under different lighting. "Sand/Mink" is conspicuously the only colour with zero live video, zero real-world footage—nothing but static website images that don't match reality. Do the math: when every other colour gets video proof but this one gets hidden, they know exactly why the photos can't be trusted.

Currently pursuing through CCPC complaint and small claims court. Save yourself the headache—this company prioritises profit over basic honesty.

Brilliant service, delivery man was lovely so fast, tidy and friendly. Had the bed up and assembled very quickly. He was on his own but was so polite even after a long day and had a long drive home. He’s a credit to your company. Bed is fab exactly like photos and mattress is superb. Brilliant company have already recommended to family and friends.

He reversed into the house and I showed him the room In no time he had the bed assembled and the place left clean and tidy he was very pleasant to deal with I would highly recommend them
