Easy to arrange an appointment for my oven repair. Barry the engineer arrived on time and was able to find the fault and repair quickly and effectively. Would use Auto wash again.

We maintain a fleet of highly experienced service engineers backed up by an efficient in-house call centre which allows us to quickly respond to any appliance "emergency". We cover most of Kent 6 days a week and carry out many repairs for insurance companies, local councils, letting agents, housing associations, school and local charities.

Excellent service from auto wash.

Excellent service terry the engineer was very helpful and explained to me about the washing machine. All sorted in minutes. I hope our doesn't need to be fixed again but if it did auto wash and terry the engineer for us 10/10

5* service from Joe & Ryley

5* service from the super duo, Joe & Ryley! They fitted a new oven, removed our old one, and explained its features all within 15 minutes! No problem carrying up and down 3 flights of stairs either!

Engineer Terrence was within…

Engineer Terrence was within appointment time frame infact on time. He was efficient thorough and helpful, providing solution for my equipment. I would like him again and again to attend to my repairs in the future. Autowash service excellent 👌

Great company to work with

Have used Autowash twice in as many months for oven and dishwasher faults. Really great service! Terry is friendly, helpful, professional and really knows his stuff - great representative for the company. From initial communication with the back office team through to them coming on site, couldn’t fault the process and communication. Inspection fee is discounted if you have the repair done with them. Highly recommend.

Professional and reliable

After being let down by a local engineer, I found Autowash on Checkatrade and they were a delight to deal with. Called me back first thing in the morning, scheduled a visit within 2 days, I was kept updated on engineer's movements and he arrived on time. Quick fix, easy card payment. Very smooth. I'll be using again.

No nonsense, excellent service and repairs

Thank you Autowash once again for an excellent repair service.
They are Sittingbourne based and were more than happy to come to Sidcup
Barry is hardworking, extremely polite and professional.
He had arrived to fix my oven and replaced the element. When he turned the oven back on, it tripped my electric. He investigated further and needed to order other parts which he did there and then.
Autowash let me know when my parts had arrived and swiftly booked another appointment… all sorted very quick
Barry returned and now my oven is working well and all in good time for Christmas
Thank you Autowash and thank you Barry,
I highly recommend this company

Happy to have found them

Terry was polite happy and easy to have here he got in and diagnosed and then once getting go ahead did the job the price was good and the three hour time frame rather than all day like some is brilliant
