We have just rented a car from Ecovia/Autovia i Gasselle /Torino airport. Everything Was super. Nice persons at work when picking up and coming back. Coming back my girlfriend forgot her iPhone in the car. Umberto the Young guy at the Office came running to the departure Gates with the phone 😀😀 what a great service - Thanks - We come back for sure 👍👍

We got a free upgrade to a larger and better car than the one we had originally booked.

The car was clean and new.
Easy and quick pick-up and drop-off and friendly staff.

I will definitely use Autovia again next time.

Procedure di check-in e check-out veloci (sono già cliente quindi sono già registrato), cortesia e professionalità del personale e ho anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito e molto apprezzato. Auto comoda, nuova e pure e pure diesel.

L'impiegato, sig. Spinelli, di Sammichele di Bari, è stato molto professionale e disponibile.

Sub-standard Car. I have used Autovia before and was happy with the experience, however this time I was not. The car I was given, an MG, was not only underpowered, but had 'strange' electrics/central locking. The car could only be unlocked using the key, and then the electrics need to be turned on using an interior button. It took 3 trips to the rental desk before this was fully explained.

Ho dovuto pagare 86€ circa per abbassare o eliminare la franchigia a mio carico senza avere possibilità di scelta. Sono stato costretto a pagare questo surplus altrimenti avrei dovuto rinunciare al noleggio. Faccio presente che noleggio 3/4 volte l'anno da almeno 15 anni e non ho mai avuto problemi di questo tipo. Ho sempre avuto la possibilità di scegliere se rischiare e tenere la franchigia a carico mio o eliminarla con assicurazione a parte. Se questa è la vostra prassi ,secondo me non normale e scorretta, non nolelggerò mai più con voi

Cordialità dell'addetto al check-in. Ha gestito 2 prenotazioni arrivate in ritardo con sorriso e professionalità. Il mio ritardo era di 10 ore circa, lui ha spiegato bene la procedura e trovato la soluzione per un'auto alternativa.

Brutta esperienza. I tre addetti che si trovavano all'aeroporto di Torino, il 19/07, alle 13h erano COMPLETAMENTE impreparati. Mia moglie non è mai stata così maltrattata in tutta la vita e spero che il fatto di essere brasiliana/femmina non abbia contribuito a tanta presa in giro da parte degli assistenti. Inizialmente si sono rifiutati di accettare la mia patente, sostenendo che non sarebbe stata valida in Italia. Dopo aver confermato che sì, era conforme, hanno accettato. Successivamente, hanno affermato che ero in ritardo di 1 ora e, quindi, non c'era più l'auto scelta. Avrei dovuto pagare CENTOQUARANTAQUATTRO EURO IN PIU'. È importante sottolineare che era un giorno di sciopero a Torino e che ero in fila da 30 minuti in attesa di essere assistito. Quando ci è stato consegnato il contratto - che abbiamo dovuto firmare senza poterlo leggere - si trattava di un veicolo della stessa categoria di quello che avevamo prenotato. Ho chiesto il perche' del sovrapprezzo e, dopo un po' di “consultazione del sistema”, mi è stato detto che era sbagliato e che l'auto era in manutenzione. Per non litigare e partire subito, hanno generato un secondo contratto, abbiamo preso la chiave e ci siamo diretti in garage. Ma l'auto che ci hanno fornito aveva un problema di olio e non è nemmeno partita. Ancora una volta siamo tornati al negozio ed è stato generato un altro contratto, riferito ad un terzo veicolo. Faccio notare che nel garage abbiamo visto almeno 4 veicoli della categoria scelta inizialmente. In questo tempo di attesa, abbiamo visto altri due clienti avere problemi con il servizio.

Autovia di Torino Caselle: dopo 3 giorni dalla riconsegna dell'auto non mi è stata ancora riaccreditata la cauzione. I due numeri di telefono riportati sul voucher per l'assistenza e le informazioni risultano inesistenti come pure il numero di telefono dell'agenzia dell'aeroporto di Torino. Ho scritto quattro messaggi (2 e mail; ticket sul sito autovia; sms) alla ricerca di risposte al mio problema ma nessuno mi ha risposto

We were promised a car with a full tank. When we started driving we found it was only 1/3 full. I sent an email with photos to complain. It was ignored. When we returned I complained and I was rudely dismissed. Terrible service!

L'operatore trova la mia prenotazione ma l'importo che risultava a loro era superiore del 50%.Ho dovuto pagare quasi il 50% in più della mia prenotazione forse è da considerarsi alla stregua di una truffa per il consumatore.

De auto was in orde na afloop doet autovis er erg lang over om de borg terug te storten. Ik heb de borg nog steeds niet terug en ik krijg ook geen antwoord op mijn mail hierover. Het lijkt erop alsof autovia onbereikbaar is als het hierom gaat.

I booked the car through Booking.com in the option with full insurance. And I paid for it at the time of booking. Unfortunately, when picking up the car at the airport in Turin, the staff informed me that the insurance from Booking.com could not be honored by Autovia, so I had to pay for the rental on site a second time. Additionally, none of my payment cards were considered appropriate by the staff??? As a result, I paid for the car rental twice. I do not recommend! In any case, after returning, I advise all my friends to rent a car through Autovia and through Booking.com. I give two stars only for the Lancia car, which did very well. Maybe Autovia should post information for customers what types of cards are accepted to rent a car?

Incaricato al banco mi estorse 125 euro per un pacchetto assicurativo che non avevo chiesto, giustificando l' importo come suplemento senior.

Purtroppo ho prenotato dimenticando di specificare numero di volo che è giunto a Torino caselle con 2 ore di ritardo e ho riconsegnato il veicolo addirittura in anticipo rispetto a quanto richiesto in prenotazione.
Invece di farmi risparmiare qualche cosa, per aver usufruito del veicolo oltre 2 ore in meno, mi hanno fatto pagare 22 euro IN PIU'.
PER ME CIO' RAPPRESENTA UN ABUSO VERO E PROPRIO. Tutto il resto è andato bene. Non so perchè per la recensione mi esce Angelamaria Ruggiero io sono Si.. Am....

I booked a car through booking.com, excited to find out that an extra driver was included at no extra cost. However, Ecovia threw me a curveball by insisting on seeing a voucher that had no mention of the additional driver. As a result, they charged me for it, but don't worry—I'm determined to take this up with booking.com and file a claim. To make matters worse, when I asked Ecovia.it for an invoice specifically for the additional driver, they handed me a surprise: an invoice for premium roadside assistance and a final cleaning fee for the car.

Be careful, always ask for an invoice!

Our rental experience was absolutely atrocious. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, however we knew we had given our flight number to Autovia, and could see on Autovia's terms and conditions that as long as we picked up the car within 2 hours of the plane landing, this was within our agreed timeframes. However, despite arriving at the rental desk just 35 minutes after landing, we were told that our car had been given away and our only option was to pay over €200 more and hire a larger car. We tried to show our VIP car booking terms, and were told (rudely) that these were VIP cars terms, not Autovia's. We then went on Autovia's website, where we found the exact same information, and we were told "Hmm, they must be old". Even though we showed them that these terms were on their current website, we were told that we could either pay the additional €200 and have a car, or walk away with nothing. This was extremely disappointing considering we had already paid a deposit through VIP cars and we had paid for additional insurance for this booking. In the end, we had to pay €375 for the car, rather than the €191 we were quoted by VIP cars. This meant that our hire car was almost double the price we expected.

We would also like to just add, that in the car park there were plenty of smaller cars (like the one we had booked). We feel that the staff were extremely rude, were not willing to listen to anything we had to say, and misused their power in the situation. We are inclined to believe that they had not given our cars away, but instead just wanted more money. Despite this, if they HAD given our car away, this would be a direct breach of their own terms and conditions (see 1.8 on terms found in their T+Cs ).
