I’m very disappointed and have lost all confidence in them!
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Autovia. When I returned the car I’d hired from them, they claimed there was damage amounting to just over 500 euros, even though the car they’d handed over to me had over 118,000 km on the clock and was covered in scuffs, scratches and dents. The contract did indeed list a large number of pre-existing damages when I took possession of the car, but it was far too easy for them to make up new ones. I therefore no longer have any confidence in this car hire company and will not be using their services again.

Très déçu et plus aucune confiance!
Je suis malheureusement très déçu d'Autovia. Lors de le retour de la voiture louée chez eux, ils ont constaté des dégâts pour un peu plus de 500 euro alors que la voiture qu'ils m'avaient donné en location avait plus de 118.000 km et était pleine de coups, de griffes et de bosses. Le contrat mentionnait d'ailleurs un grand nombre de dégâts lors de la prise de la voiture mais il leur a été facile d'en inventer des nouveaux. Je n'ai donc plus aucune confiance dans ce loueur et ne passerai plus par leurs services.

Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter,Auto gut…
Der Mitarbeiter am Flughafen war außergewöhnlich unfreundlich, er hat uns nichts erklärt und war ungeduldig.
Wir bekamen nicht die gebuchte Kategorie, sondern ein größereres Auto. Aufgrund der engen Straßen in den Städten der Toskana kein Gewinn.
Das Auto war dann okay,aber wir bekamen 2 Tage später eine Mail,dass wir unseren Autoschlüssel verloren hätten und ihn bei der Polizei abholen sollten.Das war völliger Unsinn!
Die Abgabe war ähnlich, der Mitarbeiter nahm nur den Schlüssel, viele Kunden warteten schon.
Das Auto war gut,aber die Firma spart scheinbar bei Mitarbeitern,daher der günstige Preis
Ergänzung:
Nach der sehr netten und persönlichen Antwort der Firma auf meine Kritik,muss ich sagen,dass es wahrscheinlich auch an der Hauptreisezeit und dem grossen Andrang lag bei der Rückgabe und dass wir keine Schwierigkeiten mit dem Auto hatten.
Nur der Mitarbeiter bei der Abholung sollte deutlich kundenfreundlich werden!

Sehr geehrter Kunde,
vielen Dank, dass Sie das Fahrzeug positiv bewertet haben. Es tut uns jedoch leid, dass der Service nicht ebenso zufriedenstellend war. Unser Personal sollte klare Erklärungen geben und die Kunden sowohl bei der Abholung als auch bei der Rückgabe höflich unterstützen.
Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann ein anderes Modell, auch aus einer höheren Kategorie, bereitgestellt werden. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass ein größeres Fahrzeug für die engen Straßen der toskanischen Städte nicht die beste Lösung war.
Wenn der Schlüssel ordnungsgemäß zurückgegeben wurde, war die zwei Tage später versandte Nachricht eindeutig fehlerhaft. Auch die hastige Rückgabe und die Wartezeit der anderen Kunden verdienen Aufmerksamkeit. Ihre Rückmeldung hilft uns, die Organisation der Station zu überprüfen und zu verbessern.

Highly unprofessional! Very bad customer service
Highly unprofessional! Hidden fees and stolen/lost items. Do not recommend! I highly discourage anyone from renting from Autovia Pisa Airport. They are extremely unprofessional.First of all, watch out for their rental guarantees and hidden costs. When you book online, you see one price. When you arrive at the desk, they force you to pay double that amount extra (insurance, dropping the blocked deposit and other hidden fees that should be included in the online cost). If you refuse, they won't refund your online payment, so you basically have no choice but to pay or lose your money.Secondly, I accidentally forgot a pair of Meta smart glasses inside the car. By the time I realized, I had already passed the airport check-in gates and couldn’t go back. I immediately called them. They dragged their feet, making excuses that they would check, but after countless phone calls and emails, their final answer was that 'there was nothing in the car'.They most likely found them and kept them for themselves. Instead of being honest, communicating properly and returning them, they chose to lie. Terrible customer service and zero integrity!

we are sorry about the way this situation was handled. Any coverage or extras offered at the desk must be explained clearly and should not be presented as hidden charges. The security deposit, however, is a rental guarantee and is not an additional fee.
We understand your frustration about the missing glasses, but we cannot accept our staff being accused of stealing them or lying without the facts being verified. Forgotten items are searched for, although unfortunately they cannot always be recovered.
To review what happened, please send your booking details, return date and a description of the glasses to customercare@autovia.it.

Decent, no nonsense car hire.
This is the 4th time I've used Autovia in the past 3years. I'm happy to report a consistently excellent service. Staff were courteous, professional and only too happy to help. Our latest car was an almost new VW T-cross. Fabulous. Exactly as booked. Well done Autovia see you again soon.

De beschermingspakketten die eventueel aan de balie worden aangeboden, zijn optioneel en de klant moet altijd vrij kunnen kiezen of hij deze wel of niet accepteert. Ons personeel hoort de huurvoorwaarden, de financiële verantwoordelijkheden en de beschikbare opties duidelijk uit te leggen, zonder ongemakkelijke situaties of druk te creëren.

lo storno del deposito di €100 è stato prontamente effettuato in data 13/05 al suo rientro, riceverà a breve la ricevuta dalla email della nostra filiale di Pisa. Vorsicht Abzocke!
Autovermietung am Flughafen Pisa mit der längsten Schlange und der absolut langsamsten Bearbeitungszeit.
Plus: Das Auto war sehr gut. Sauber und quasi neu.
Die Rückgabe war sehr einfach und unkompliziert.
Minus: Eine extra Versicherung zum überhöhten Preis trotz Buchung und Bezahlung online im Voraus wurde vom kaum englisch sprechenden und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter untergejubelt. Man sollte schnell unterschreiben (da wurde er plötzlich hektisch schnell), er blätterte so schnell weiter, dass man nicht lesen konnte und er sprach nur von Kaution. Nicht von extra Versicherung.
Mehr als den ursprünglichen Betrag extra noch obendrauf bezahlt.
Abzocke!
Hände weg.
Lieber einen größeren, internationalen Anbieter wählen.

Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank, dass Sie die Qualität des Fahrzeugs und die unkomplizierte Rückgabe positiv hervorgehoben haben. Wir bedauern jedoch die lange Wartezeit und insbesondere den Eindruck mangelnder Transparenz bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung.
Zusätzliche Absicherungen müssen stets klar erläutert werden und bleiben freiwillig. Außerdem muss der Kunde ausreichend Zeit haben, den Vertrag vor der Unterschrift sorgfältig zu lesen. Ihren Hinweis zur Kommunikation am Schalter nehmen wir daher sehr ernst.
Den Vorwurf der „Abzocke“ weisen wir zurück, erkennen jedoch an, wie wichtig es ist, jede Position und jeden Preis vor der Zustimmung eindeutig zu erklären.
