Al personale di questo aeroporto dovrebbero fare un corso di umanità.....forse basterebbe questo ....Avevo smarrito la carta d'identità, ho presentato la patente, mi hanno detto che non potevo partire.. senza nemmeno tentare di trovare una soluzione....Ero con mia moglie , mio figlio di 12 anni e mia figlia in stato interessante .Volo per Colonia ore 18,40 ...non dimenticherò mai l'insensibilità degli addetti al gate.....Mia figlia vive a Dusseldorf e volevamo trascorrere due giorni con lei, abbiamo perso anche i soldi pagati per l'albergo.

Personale pessimo, siamo stati trattati in modo prepotente, vergognosi.

Pagare 2 euro una bottiglietta di acqua è un ABUSO. Voglio aggiungere che per i viaggiatori in partenza prima del check in, non esiste un posto a sedere, oltre che disumano, obbliga la gente a sedersi nei bar e CONSUMARE. Sempre questione di soldi. Vergognoso.......

Terribile, disorganizzatissimo. Un solo sportello aperto per i controlli all’ingresso, una fila di 3 ore, che avrebbe fatto perdere il volo a chiunque. Acquistando il biglietto fast track, al controllo personale maleducatissimo, trattati come bestie. Una vergogna che un aeroporto descritto come un’eccellenza italiana apra un solo sportello di fronte a centinaia di persone.

Personale al check-in veramente scortese. Ad un ragazzo hanno fatto pagare 58 euro per una piccola borsa contenente un tablet. All'aereoporto Charles De Gaulle, i passeggeri,oltre il bagaglio a mano, sono passati con ogni genere di borsa contenente souvenirs di ogni tipo senza pagare nulla. La compagnia era sempre Easyjet. Come è possibile? Al di là di questo, ripeto, il personale, è maleducato

SCAM, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
We booked online on their website, rental and insurance for the car. After 1 hour waiting the guy at the counter tried to sell us a new insurance as he alleged that the insurance which we already paid for, was not valid. Despite the insistence and the exuberant sums mentioned by the seller in case of damage to the car, we decided to proceed without the “extra” insurance. At that moment he started to invented rules so we would have to pay other fees. He said that my 35 kg/150cm son had to stay in a “child seet”. We laughed and explained that this would not possible as he would hit his head against the ceiling. As he didn’t had a good argument to my point we switch it and said that those were the company policies and we would not get the car without paying 50EUR fee for a chair. The chair was old, in very bad condition and dirty! We had no option and paid, (ofcourse without needed) but all this felt a real scam and was a bad start on our holiday. They attract and lock the customer with a low rental fee but at the end it’s more expensive than known and serious companies. Try to rent from a secure company!

Come fare un bel business. Facile. Dai il miglior prezzo sul mercato, trovi il cliente, prendi i soldi...e non li dai la macchina per un motivo inventato. Noleggi la macchina a qualcun altro prendendo la paga per la seconda volta. E nessun rimborso naturalmente. Io la vedo cosi. Perche e cosi che e' successo con noi. Non ci hanno dato la macchina perche la nostra patente non era "internazionale" secondo l'Autovia. Ed e' lo stesso che giriamo il mondo con quella. L'unico problema e' che non la faccio io la patente. Purtroppo non posso chiedere farla tonda o con dei fiori o come la vuole l'Autovia. Me la danno al ministero degli affari interni...e la danno uguale come a tutti gli altri...La patente e' internazionale ed e' standard! STANDARD! Ma non per l'Autovia. Quindi se siete dal di fuori Italia, attenzione!!! Autovia ha i suoi standard che possono non corrispondere agli standard internazionali! E poi ti arriva anche una bellissima mail che ti dice che "il tuo viaggio inizia"....cosa significa? che la macchina risulta noleggiata? mai piu con l'autovia!

Tastiera dal 1 al 9…poi spiegate come inserire il resto!

I rented a car for 7 days, reserved for opel corsa but got lancia ypsilon but that’s fine, they warn you about that in advance ( just read the contract). Petrol tank was full. I purchased freedom insurance which is the most expensive but it covers all imaginable damage, and security deposit is 100 euro. Staff at the desk at the BGY was lovely and the lady quickly did all the paperwork and told me how to get to the car which was about 1km from the airport at the P3. Though I made a reservation for 7 days, at the desk asked if its possible to exceed rent for one extra day and they said yes, extra cost will be taken out of security deposit. Overall very good experience. I’d recommend autovia to my friends!

Ha molti piu’ passeggeri di quelli che riesce a gestire…. Ritardi interminabili, traffico folle

It is unacceptable and unheard of, being obligated to pay over €3.000,00 for random weather disaster, flat tires, windsrceen damage from incoming rocks. It's as if the car is without any insurance for itself. (Explanation of rental conditions from employee of the month over at Bergamo).

Embarrassing, to say the least.

Of course I, nor anyone I can help, will never again use your company nor affiliates to rent a car in whichever country you might have a base on.

After the role played from your employee at Bergamo reaching for aggravated penalties just because we were delivering the car in Naples, penalties because of the madness it is driving amidst the inconscious people of southern Italy, paying >€300 for full coverage, arriving to a 37000km car, with a revision due 18000km ago, steering wheel not aligned, no winscreen liquid, was really mint.

Schnelle Abwicklung. Alles problemlos.

Reserved the car through a third party with the top insurance. Was told that had to upgrade the insurance provided by the rental company (autovia) to avoid paying 350€ administrative charges once I delivered the car. Since the insurance was around 250€ there isn't much of a choice. Complete scam. Also, the car wasn't what was on the reservation, was a downgrade, the inside was completely falling apart (could see the car's interior through the damaged gear shift), and it didn't have enough horse power for the hills.

Siamo partiti da Bergamo. La macchina ha avuto un guasto in autostrada, a Fontanellato. Abbiamo dovuto farla recuperare dal carro attrezzi e proseguire il viaggio in taxi da Fidenza. A causa della lunga attesa in autostrada siamo arrivati al matrimonio in ritardo. Il vostro agente mi aveva assicurato che mi avreste rimborsato il taxi. Ho mandato tutti i documenti richiesti all'indirizzo email che mi ha indicato ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta dopo più di una settimana. In più mi avete addebitato ulteriori 47 Euro senza nessuna spiegazione. Autovia é stata un'esperienza da non ripetere.

Tutto ok, dalla prenotazione alla restituzione

Ouverture 8h du bureau nous avions atterri à 7h30
Arrivée à 8h quasiment toutes les tûtes compagnies de location de voiture était ouverte sauf autovia.. 8h25 le salarié arrive à moitié endormi. Problème informatique on a mis plus d’une heure avant de pouvoir prendre le bus et récupérer la voiture ..
pas d’état des lieux de la voiture. J’ai fait des photos au cas où …
En revanche le personnel de malpensa airport pour restituer la voiture a été très performant … j’espère que la caution sera vite remboursé.

Pros: good car and very good price. It was the better price for a full cover insurance rent.

Cons: The company office is in the ternimal but the parking lot was outside the terminal. There is a shuttle bus but it had problems that meant delay in reaching the vehicle. In total getting the car took us an hour since we arrived at the terminal office

Provisions for mobile charging totally inadequate. I found only one free charging station between gates A11 and A12. The wireless pad took one phone at the time but mine hadn’t advanced even 1% after 10min. Two USB ports were broken. There is a pay facility I didn’t use. Passengers spend enough money at airports without having to pay for this basic service.

Ho restituito un van con 5 giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista..ho pagato con un mese di anticipo il noleggio....
Mi è stato negato qualsiasi rimborso.....
