Tout a été simple, shuttle à l'aéroport, personnel très agréable et professionnel, récupération du véhicule en un temps record. Véhicule en parfait état. Nous avons pu prolonger la réservation à distance grâce à un seul coup de téléphone. Le retour a aussi été très simple.
Je recommande ++ ce loueur, pro et efficace !

Transfert ultra rapide, efficacité
Transfert ultra rapide, formalités aussi. Entre le moment où je suis arrivé au parking de l’aéroport et au volant de ma voiture, pas plus de 25 minutes…
Au retour, j’avais un peu égratigné la voiture.
En un quart d’heure, j’avais le montant à régler, les documents pour mon assurance et le remboursement de ma caution de 1.200 euros.
Bravo à Fabio, qui parle français, et qui a été très efficace et rapide!
J’avais prévu un délai pour les formalités de l’accrochage mais ce n’était pas la peine.
Ils ont un tableau des coûts suivant les dommages, ce qui évite les doutes sur les montants.
Entre l’arrivée au dépôt et à l’aéroport, 30 minutes! Un record !

A family Company with great service. Very reasonably priced, good staff. Does not have office at the airport, but the shuttle service to the local office only takes 5 mins. Highly recommended

Location aéroport Faro (Portugal)
Très satisfaite de Auto rent à Faro. L'agence se situe à 2min de l'aéroport, des shuttles sur le parking de l'aéroport vous y emmènent. Prise en charge rapide et efficace. Petit plus :la personne qui s'est occupée de moi parlait français. Véhicule en très bon état : Fiat Panda neuve.
La seule chose qui vaut un 4/5 c'est qu'il m'a fallu 1 mois avant de récupérer la réserve de 1000€ bloquée sur ma carte de crédit. Soit disant que je devais recevoir un 'reçu' lorsque j'ai ramené la voiture à l'aéroport. Je devais donner celui-ci à ma banque pour débloquer l'argent. Explication assez bizarre car c'est la première fois que j'entends cela alors que j'ai déjà loué plusieurs fois une voiture à l'étranger. Cependant, service commercial au top, j'ai toujours reçu des réponses à mes mails et ils se sont excusés.

Faulty petrol gauge caused me to almost run out of fuel and got stranded in the mountains.When I raised this when the car was return you showed no signs of interest at all and was very dismissive of what I said. The car was supplied with about a 1/3rd of a tank of fuel and when I asked why it was not supplied with a full tank I was told more or less it was too much trouble for them. When I have hired cars before it has alway been with a full tank o fuel which you return with full tank of fuel so no question of not paying for the fuel used. There was a petrol station round the cornet of the Alvir Bae Hotel we were staying at. I put 30lts if fuel after this scare and the car was returned with about 20 let's more fuel in than when it was supplied. I was offered zero compensation for this.

Had a great experience with Auto Rent. We wanted an all inclusive rental with no excesses and their Premium Package was perfect. Also liked that you pay on collection. Initially had slight concern with off site location but only had to wait a few minutes for the short transfer. Very impressed with nearly new car. Friendly staff. Would certainly use again

Great, professional company!
I would definetely rent again from Auto Rent! They were very professional, I booked the car 3 weeks in advance and they immediately send the e-mail of confirmation. I had full insurance so need to worry about anything during the rental period, which also give me the possibility to pay cash and debit card and no deposit on a credit card was requested. The drop off the car run very smooth as well, for sure I recommand this company when in Portugal! Thank you Auto Rent!

Auto Rent were a great car rental we used from Faro airport in Portugal.
Good car, value for money, good explanation of options with the charges on toll roads and insurance etc.
A clean and very good car for the cost, much better than others we looked at.
We definately recommend them.

Très satisfait de ma location chez Auto…
Très satisfait de ma location chez Auto Rent, navette pratique depuis l'aéroport de Faro qui vous emmène au lieu de retrait du véhicule à quelques minutes. Véhicule récent (208) récupéré rapidement, idem au retour sans aucun problème. Je suis passé en direct et j'ai pris leur assurance pack premium qui inclus tout pour 545€ pour 11 jours, vous êtes assurés même si vous allez en Espagne. Donc c'est un peu plus cher que chez certains loueurs mais ils sont sérieux et honnêtes et vous n'aurez pas de problèmes au retour comme j'ai pu le voir sur les forums chez certains loueurs à l'aéroport de Faro.
Je recommande.
