Autoleap has made running my business much more organized and efficient. Before using it, I didn’t have an all-in-one system, so managing customers, scheduling, estimates, and payments took a lot more time and effort.

What makes the experience great is having everything in one place. I can schedule jobs on the calendar, send estimates and invoices quickly, receive payments, track reports, and keep all my customer information organized. It has helped me stay on top of my workload and look more professional when communicating with customers.

Overall, Autoleap is doing a great job by providing a complete system that simplifies daily operations and helps small automotive businesses run smoother.

It was pleasant but no great experience in my opinion like most places once they close the deal they forgot about thier costumers.

Great systems, complex but when set up correctly is very efficient and user friendly. Émilie has been a massive help throughout the set up, helping guide and educate us on all aspects of Autoleap. Very grateful for such a professional and friendly guide. Thank for everything!

Sarah helped me out with installation, set me up, and taught me how to use it. 10/10 experience.

Overall pleased, but there are several minor issues to resolve.

Chat support responds quickly, there are loads of helpful training videos, and the features are fantastic.

Experience was positive on boarding. Team was a stand out now that we're fully integrated. We were very happy and we've signed up for a year.

I've had Shop Ware, NapaTracs close to buying Bolt-on for Napa Tracs, etc.

Auto Leap is a "Do Not Pass Go" solution for small and large garages. Their key is one architecture and development team from inception. There is no competitor that has either clunk together old mainframe code in Cobol to most of Auto Leap's competitors merely buying / rolling up other auto point of sales systems with no regard to a coherent technical architecture and end user ease of learning/use.

Signed up with Autoleap after having the same company for 19+ year. I was nervous but knew Autoleap would be the right choice. In the beginning I had so many questions and no matter how many times I emailed they always answered right away and walked me through everything. I have only been using it full time for 2 weeks and I still am emailing my rep questions that I have. Super happy with the system so far. I love how it prompts the customer for a review after service.
