Amazing service

Amazing service! Could not recommend anyone else more than the guys at AutoID. Clear communication from start to finish and a great service overall. Was well looked after and I will definitely be returning for future upgrades to my vehicles. Many thanks to Ben and the rest of the team.

Great products and service

Very happy with the service received from Ben & Brooke. I had a few queries as I’m not too familiar with all the products and they always came back to me very quickly. Second time purchasing from these guys. Great quality and service.

A massive thank you to Brooke, Ben & Kai.

When I was first thinking about getting a bodykit, I had a ton of questions and no answers however Brooke took the time to answer any question I had which put my mind at ease.

Fast forward a few months, I have ordered a body kit however I wanted to amend the order more than once & even within a 24 hour period prior to the fitting which led to multiple calls with Ben.
Ben honoured all the Black Friday discount which was currently being offered as when I placed my initial order it was prior to Black Friday.

Day of the fitting. I arrived at AutoID and was greeted by Kai.
The hospitality and service Kai provided was just 10/10 and I couldn’t have been happier with how the day went & how Kai transformed my car!

Thank you to all of you who made my experience one to remember!
If anyone is thinking about using AutoID, don’t hesitate and you will be leaving with a beaming smile like myself. Highly recommended!

I Highly recommend AUTO ID

I Highly recommend AUTO ID. I ordered carbon fiber side skirts, spoiler and front splitter for my G42 and they are absolutely clean. Very good quality! And great customer service!

Scratch this company

Slow shipping. When $1200 carbon side skirts came in they were all scratched up. They wanted me to try and polish scratches out. Wouldn’t refund my money.

Hi Jim, sorry to hear about your experience. I appreciate you sharing a range of abuse across social media, online forums and here.

To clarify, my team have recognised the issues you mentioned and offered you free collection of the parts and a full refund, no questions asked.

You refused to return the goods and still wanted a refund.

To your first point, slow shipping, the product was dispatched within 48 hours of your order and the shipping was just 2 working days, which is the well within the 2-4 working days we estimate at the point of purchase.

To your second point - "the skirts were scratched up". This is an incorrect assessment. As explained, the products are prepared using an adhesive promoting solution, this prepares the 3M for the best possible adhesion, ensuring that your product remains secure when installed. This solution, when applied, can sometimes leave surface marks which are residue of the solution - not abrasion into the surface of the product.

With all this being said, my team have been going back and forth with you to help and assist.

The offer to return the product for full refund still stands.
