Pick a different vendor, bad quality & support

Would not recommend. Most of their inventory is directly from Alibaba. I ordered a pair of side winglets for my M2 and after around 5000 km one of them broke off when doing a pull on the highway. Customer support blamed me for the install without even asking how I installed them. As a "compensation" they offered me a 5% discount on a new set while there are currently discount codes available that are double that. If things break, dont expect much from them. Blaming the customer for an incorrect install on something that comes with pre-applied 3M and pre-drilled holes and screws is just an absurd excuse to not having to help IMO.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and fully understand your frustration. After reviewing your case, we found no evidence of a product defect.

The winglets had been installed for nearly a year and covered around 5,000 km before the breakage occurred. As you noted, the self-tappers remained in place on the car, which indicates the hardware performed correctly. The failure is more likely related to how the part was treated over time or originally installed — for example, pressure washing weakening the 3M tape or overtightening the bolts causing stress to the carbon.
We haven’t seen this issue before in testing or customer installs, which gives us confidence the product itself is not at fault. For this reason, and because the order falls outside the warranty period for our Essentials range, a full replacement wasn’t possible.

That said, we still offered a discount toward your next order as a gesture of goodwill.

First rate service all-round

First rate service all-round. From initial purchase to installation, just a seamless experience. Interacted with a fair few of the staff while there, and it was a pleasure talking to all of them. Their knowledge and passion for cars is very much clear! My go to place for any mod. Also, loving the videos on YT!
