I was very disappointed because my payment for the purchase through the app was not processed, even though online payment was available. Because of this, I had to pay €30 more for the exact same purchase elsewhere. I will rarely order anything from you again because I don’t think this was fair.

Still can be better
I usually receive the products in order. However, it happens that the product for which it shows stock is actually out of stock and Autodoc then suggests a replacement product. Recently, it happened to me that the ignition cables were out of stock by chance and Autodoc suggested an "equivalent, alternative" product from BOSCH. When I installed this product, I noticed that the car still did not work as it should and after a week to two weeks I realized that the silicone protections on all four cables had gradually cracked and the cables were breaking through. Then I ordered original Beru cables for my vehicle on Amazon, which work flawlessly. Autodoc refunded my purchase price, but the experience was still not pleasant.
