Dear customer,
We're sorry the parts didn't fit. The website search isn't 100% accurate without VIN code or OEM data.
Please note that a definitive check for compatibility is only possible with the help of the so-called OEN (original vehicle part number).
The description of our products contains only technical specifications and cannot guarantee compatibility with a specific vehicle.
Before placing an order, it is necessary to verify the OEN specified in the description of the relevant product.
However, our team will review your reclamation carefully and help you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your understanding!
Sincerely,
AUTODOC Team

Vastaus yritykseltä AUTODOC - Ελλάδα
Hello Victoria Ovchinnikova!
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding our company location and the delivery time.
We would like to clarify that AUTODOC is an international company based in Berlin, Germany, and orders may be dispatched from our German facilities or, depending on availability, from our Polish warehouse, as indicated on the invoice. The .GR domain is provided specifically for customers in Greece, offering localized services, pricing, language, and delivery options. It does not mean that the company itself is based in Greece.
Please also note that order processing generally takes 24–48 hours, followed by approximately 4–5 working days for delivery. We understand your concerns regarding the current tracking status and apologize for the inconvenience.
Our Quality Control Manager will be contacting you shortly to review your case and assist you further.
Best regards,
AUTODOC Team
