We had Craig out to clean the dpf very helpful and done a good job

Craig was very helpful today. Explained everything he was doing and gave me advice as to keep this from happening again. Would highly recommend.

I had a sick Audi Q3 stuck in limp mode.
I contacted Dpf Specialist at 10am Monday, the technician arrived by 1:30pm and the car was fixed in 30mins.
Excellent service from start to finish...very professional and reasonable too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lewis called to me today to do my DPF, he was very polite and helpful. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him in a heartbeat

Lewis came out what a lovely guy so helpful, explained everything. And the problem was fixed in what seemed like in no time. Thanks for a great service Lewis will definitely recommend this company and Lewis anytime.

The technician was very pleasant and very helpful

Lewis text me before arriving. He was friendly and explained the process to me in detail. My van is now running like a dream. Would highly recommend.

Engineer explained everything that was wrong and explain all steps that he was going to take and also gave advice on what to do to prevent this from happening again

I live in Bedford, and my son attends the local primary school. This company generously funded a swimming pool for the school's SEND children because the school did not have one. Seeing them give back to the local community made my decision to use their services an easy one.

I am so glad I did. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making a positive difference. It is wonderful to support a company that not only provides excellent service but also invests in the local community. I would highly recommend them.

Very good guy knew what he was doing very professional

Brilliant service from the minute I made the call to the AutoAssistGroup hotline. My Range Rover sport 3.0 had gone into limp mode due to a saturated filter and the red light hazard warning was on.. 100 miles from home visiting my elderly parents in a remote part of Wales. With a service engineer based in Swansea then after the call went in on Saturday then they were scheduled for Monday evening. This was then brought forward by 2 hours - brilliant! 30 mins to undertake the works required and car back fully operational and good to go - 5 Stars experience and 100% recommend!

Lewis rang before arrival saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he got on with the job and took time to explain what he had done. I only arranged this appointment yesterday so am ver pleased with the service

Craig was great 👍 Arrived just before he was due for a DPF clean, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and very efficient. Explained the process throughout .
Everything was cleaned afterwards, and was given information on how to prevent a complete blockage of dpf. Full report on condition was emailed to me promptly ,thank you.

Had the engineer turn up on time and must say very very pleasant and professional.

Keep me informed at all times in what he was doing and going to do.

The knowledge he had was second to none.

Thank for for helping me in my need of hour.
