Gorgeous ring - wonderful people.

The ring was more beautiful than in the picture. I incorrectly ordered the wrong size and these amazing people went above and beyond to help me get the ring of my dreams in the correct size. I couldn't recommend them enough!! Thanks for all your help.

I feel inferior metal was used as It made my wife's ears red and very sore so cannot be worn and stones are much duller than pictured

They are crafted from surgical steel, a hypoallergenic material that typically does not cause any skin reactions. In fact, this is the first time we’ve received feedback about a possible allergic reaction to our products.

Worst company to deal with

Company has no care or concern for the products they sell nor the customers who buy from them. Still ongoing issues with my ring that was brought as engagement ring in Aug last year. Please do yourself a favour, save your money and go to another place to buy your products. 3 independent jewellers picked up the faults with the ring in a second. I have worn my ring (in nearly a year) only for approx 5months due to repairs and significant issues such as the thin band warping. Company ‘fixed’ ring to their standards, but to mine they made it worse. Company will now not help to resolve any issue with the ring. Absolutely disgusting that people take your hard earned money and don’t give you any help when their product is dodgy. Be very careful with this company.

Highly recommended!

Simple ordering process, prompt delivery and my pendant was EXACTLY the same as it was online. So beautiful and alive with colours!!! I would recommend Austral Stones and I'd happily order from them again. Thank you!!!
