Australian National Character Check (ANCC) Arvostelua

My experience with ANCC was absolutely great. They made it easy and where patient, they also assisted me with documents that where a few months out of date and made the whole process easy to manage.

The price was great, the communication was great ( even when I made several errors ). Overall simple experience.

I normally just go to the police to get a police check and get the results in two days. ANCC have been taking almost three weeks and keep finding issues in my application that have never been a problem . Pulling hair out have never had this happen.

Good interactive portal that saves as it goes - Helps if something goes wrong.

Professional, fast, well priced…

I found the service incredibly prompt, professional and easy to use. I was able to give my result the next day to the organisation who asked me to take this check. Not a problem.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. So upset and nothing done and no accountability. I was given a link by the chat support from this page, and it took me to a different site. Led to believe it was theirs only to discover it wasn't...spoke with them through the whole process not once they told me it was not there's and paid twice the price... No care factor no accountability. Avoid this site!!! They don't seem to care and got nowhere.
Thank you for you in accurate response placing the fault onto me!!! Very unprofessional. I have email and screen proof. Not going to waste any more time with you or recommend.

I was successful in getting a new job and a clearance was required..
I went to the site , followed the links and I progressively completed each question, the process was pretty straight forward, although I did have a few things I needed to revisit, this wasn't difficult to edit and resubmit..

Over all my experience was great and the turn around for outcome was sooner than advised, very happy 😊

Did a very quick job and great service

Very helpful and fast to reply. Thank you to ANCC.

This process is easy because the pages are step-by-step. However, if you don't have access to or aren't comfortable with technology, this could be a little trickier to follow.

SCAMMERS BEWARE
about 3 weeks ago I applied for a police check trusting this company with there false advertising and fake reviews
There page says most cases 24 hours or 36 hours I waited 3 weeks and woukd email them every day until they said we are going to cancel your claim and send your Money back I still have not received anything from them worse company I have ever dealt with absolute rip offs

Instructions were clear, it took a bit longer than what I expected but all good in the end

Excellent, super fast service. Highly recommend.

Paid a little more but got the certificate in a few hours

Crappy service, I have done police checks with ease with other services, this is the only one I have had trouble with.

It’s a long process but once all the requirements are uploaded, the approval takes no time at all. Thank you ANCC for your prompt response.
