27 weeks of being totally ignored after instructing them to prepare LPAs & Wills. Phone calls not returned, notes lost and absolutely no system of checks to make sure clients' instructions are dealt with professionally and appropriately. I felt that they had no interest in the work I needed completing and no sense of responsibility to clients.
6 weeks after I removed my business from Austins & instructed another firm, still I had received no explanation for their lack of care, apology or indeed any contact whatsoever - they clearly hoped I was just going to go away...
4 weeks after following their complaints procedure, I received a letter apologising for their "failure in service levels".
