If I could give negative stars for customer service I would. I firstly had to prove that the product wasn’t compatible with my computer via multiple emails which I had requested a return and refund within about 3 of my responses. I was then allowed to refund and given the details to do so, now the refund should have been processed by now. I have sent 3 emails chasing up the refund and have only received I email telling me it takes 7 business days for the refund, it is now well over 7 days and no response when I follow up.

Beyond angry I paid nearly $500 and the printer is completely useless I can't afford to buy another printer. Im worried about sending it back thinking of trying to get some free legal advice they can't do this to people.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product, acknowledged that it was wrong but refuse to send the correct one or refund my money. Their emails are dismissive and rude.

Do NOT buy. This printer is riddled with errors and frequently prints blank labels. The refund process is even worse. While it’s reasonable that they require the printer to be returned before issuing a refund, it’s completely unacceptable that the printer has been sitting at their post office for five days so far ( still hasnt been collected ) and they haven’t bothered to pick it up—delaying the refund unnecessarily.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THE WORST SETUP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been trying to get this set up for weeks now, and I struggled for ages before reaching out to "customer service" — it's an absolute joke! They're only available via email, and responses take days.

I purchased the ausprint pro and used the Bluetooth with my android on the ausprint app. In the beginning it refused to work but when I reset it a couple days later it worked and has continued to work. It's pretty convenient and I dont really regret the purchase.

Printer rolls on the stand constantly go above the printer guides and labels don't print straight. The amount of labels wasted with this issue is annoying. I have tried putting the printer a lot higher than the printer but it still goes out of whack.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ARE A COMPLETE SCAM AND THE OWNER IS A FRAUD.

They sent me a faulty label printer that would not connect via bluetooth or the extra cable I had bought. I paid extra for the bluetooth option and was just instructed to use the cable when i reached out for support. After weeks of back and forth trying different alternatives i decided to send the printer back which ROBBIE THE FOUNDER had confirmed that I would receive a refund for. They received the label printer on the 10th of June and have ghosted me ever since. I’m out of pocket $300+ 100 wasted labels from testing the printer AND THE SHIPPING WAS ON ME FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED.
I have reported them to my bank as a fraudulent and scam payment and have followed up via email almost every day since the package was delivered. Still no refund or even an email back to this day.

This printer is a piece of rubbish and this company is a scam! Everytime the software updates their software the printer doesn’t work!!! It is very frustrating for small business owner when you have an order and try to print your shipping label out! I felt so dumb now purchasing this label print and believe this company!

Do not buy it!!!!!

The wifi printer is the most complex to install randomly disconnects and can really only be used as a USB printer where you drag and drop labels to print. I always try to support Australian businesses but this printer has stolen hours of my time troubleshooting without success.

Once its configured it works fine. We lost power twice in a week and had to redo the complete setup each time. A waist of time. Tech support had no recommendations on how to stop the printer loosing its setting each time.

Terrible! Read the other reviews and look for a different printer.
Website is full of lies. Difficult to set up. No free starter pack, no phone customer service, no live chat, unresponsive email support.
Prints out your secret wifi password everytime you change lables. Serious security issue!
Clunky, buggy and faulty software. Bad quality prints (courier could not scan the barcode).
I had to threated legal action to get my money back.
Just dont do it. They dont deserve to be in business.

I was initially excited about this printer, as it was the most expensive purchase our very small charity has ever made. The positive reviews and website language led me to believe it would be a great investment.

Unfortunately, I’ve been deeply disappointed and feel that our hard-earned money has been wasted.

Firstly, their so-called ‘free express post’ service turned out to be standard post. I followed up with an email when the delivery was overdue but never received a response.

The ‘free business starter kit’ I redeemed with a code was missing the tape and tape dispenser. When I contacted them, I was told those items weren’t included, despite the website clearly stating otherwise. This is misleading and amounts to false advertising.

Regarding the printer itself: I opted for the WiFi model, expecting an easy setup. Instead, the driver was clunky, and it took four frustrating hours to get it working. Even then, the noise it makes is akin to ten stray cats fighting in the middle of the night. It’s a real hassle to set up every time I need to use it.

Their ‘money-back guarantee’ only applies if the box is unopened, which is impractical since we need to test the product to know if it’s usable.

In summary, this company offers poor customer service, engages in false advertising, and sells an ineffective printer. Many other reviews echo my experience. I wish I had seen these reviews first.

Terrible company—do not recommend.
