Wrong product and no refund
They sent me a wrong product, so I asked to send me the product I ordered. Instead they wrote to me:

I can provide you a 125% voucher code based on the return product price. This means instead of getting a refund of [A$25.69], you will receive a voucher code of [product(s) price + 25% of product price = A$32.10] that you can spend on any product on Grandado. Additionally, you will not need to return the product to Hong Kong.

Their towel rails have arrived and I’m shocked by their misleading advertising.
I paid almost AUD $160 for 2 of these Suction Cup towel rails and there’s NO SUCTION mechanism at all!!
What an absolute rip off !! The rails look okay but I’ve had to pay another $15 on eBay to buy some double sided adhesive that will HOPEFULLY be strong enough to hold the towel rails in place. Shame on them!

Communication with the company was excellent.
I understood I had ordered 10 replacement cutters for my woodturning lathe but when the package arrived I only received 1, I was truly disgusted . The amount I paid for 1 I have been getting 10 from other suppliers. Totally disappointed, I will not be re ordering.

$170 gasket kit arrived a month late, unusable.
$170 gasket and engine overhaul kit took 21 days or so later than adervtised and the multi layer steel head gaskets were not at all supported, had been thrown into a box from what looks like a 4th story window and were completely unsusable sporting a nice 45 degree bend right at the end of cylinder 5 and 6.
Grandado’s customer service was prompt and sufficient when providing support to refund my purchase and attempt to offer solutions to rectify this situation after the fact

The linen counter I bought
The linen counter I bought, while being sturdily built, and having a good quality lens, has one major design flaw... it's out of focus! Linen counters work when placed flat on the surface being inspected (in my case, photographic negatives). This item needs to be elevated by about five millimetres before a clear image can be seen. This renders it a total nuisance to use. I do hope they will send me one which actually works! I will cheerfully return the one I have.

My order was exactly as advertised. I paid for express with tracking which was less than $2 and even though I was told it could take 3-4 weeks for delivery it arrived in less than 2 weeks.
In all it was a good experience and I will be buying from them again.
