servers keep dropping out, losing connection. customer support is disgusting and sick of getting ignored.

iv been here 2 years and trust me the best experience and quickest replies aslong as your in opening hours but even in closing iv noticed quick replies!

vps itself is wicked! never had any issues and even the slightest its always been resolved

coming from a providor who couldnt give me the security i needed the team has smashed the market with pricing and value to!

I purchased it and upon its purchase, it was set up and ready to configure our FiveM Division again. It's cheap and reliable even. We encountered a critical issue upon our VPS System and I contacted the support team regarding this. Granted, it took a few days to get the issue resolved but it was completely worth the wait. 10/10 great service on VPS & excellent customer service I was on 12gb plan with little to no issues but when I did they were there to help resolve issues. I have now upgraded to 24gb will update review later but know I’m in good hands .

I purchased a Budget VPS - Ashburn for the cosmic guard ddos protection but it wasn't that good so I asked for refund and they sent the refund instantly.

Customer Service is not it, takes not only hours, but days to respond, even if they do respond. VPS randomly goes down & restarts out of nowhere with no kinda notice. Doesn’t have the courtesy to respect those that have services with them. Not knowledgeable about their own services or availability of said services. Would not recommend.

Been with aurora since the end of June and let me just start by saying this is by far the best VPS provider I've ever been with. I have yet to experience and issues with my service within the 4 months I have been with Auroura, not to mention the amazingly cheap prices and amazing bandwidth .... Aurora has it all 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great provider with a low budget. My community loves it, and I love it!!
