Auris is better then Heartland by far. Their agent's are amazingly easy to contact and are always willing to help. Reporting needs some work but other then that they are great! Just ran into some issues and they did not give up until they were solved!

Auris Payroll is very user friendly. The integration from our old payroll system to Auris was easy and smooth. The pricing is very reasonable and support is excellent. The Auris team is very helpful and I enjoy working with them.

They bought the previous company we were with. It has been a very smooth transition. We are now assigned a representative. She has been very helpful and has been great to getting back to me quickly when I have questions. We are definitely staying with Auris!

Auris was relatively easy to set up and implement, but it was a bit time-consuming in the building process. However, once the system is up and running, we love it. It is also very user-friendly, so staff members love it too!

Auris provides reliable payroll services that allow you to focus on running your business. The ones working with you are dependable, and diligent to accommodate your needs. The cost for their services is lower than what I was paying another company.

I find Auris to have great service and works well with submitting the payroll on a timley matter. Auris has made it so easy to work with and has been so helpful when there is an issue.

I find using Auris to enter and process my payroll hours easy to use as well as the new hire features. It is quick and convenient especially for needing to process payroll on a weekly schedule and for quickly handling onboarding/off-boarding with the turnover in our industry. Our representative is very helpful in keeping me up to date on features I may need and answers any questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Auris has flexible feature sets and can handle complex payroll needs. Their customer service is excellent overall. Payroll is handled on time and they are always available for a call. Reporting could be easier and more built in reports would be nice instead of creating custom reports. We like that there is an HR partner available as well as the labor law subscription. We have had issues with the debit card option they outsource to and mostly our issues have been around the payroll support team and onboarding support team not being 1 team and that there are too many urls to login to. Another challenge we have is we have multiple locations under one EIN and cannot have separate client accounts within Auris.

My local rep David Peterson is great The internal service team handles everything quickly. For someone who never had to worry about payroll in the past they've made everything so simple. I really appreciate the partnership.

We've used Auris since 2015 and have been pleased. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but were resolved. Overall, I love the fact that I don't have to submit quarterly reports on my own; Auris does it all for me, which saves quite a lot of time. Payroll is processed each pay period on time and I don't recall there ever being an issue. If you do payroll yourself, I highly recommend outsourcing to Auris.

I’ve been using this payroll company for 7 years and have always had a great experience. My representative, Lars Larsen, is always reliable and helpful. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I can contact him and he always makes sure it gets resolved. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend their service.

Auris (formerly Heartland) payroll performed very poorly for our small company. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Once they sent me (30) W2 forms for another company, told me to shred them, and then subsequently demanded that I sent them the shredded material. After we moved to a neighboring state, they continued to make UC deductions for the original state for a period.
