Do not buy from this business!!!!

I bought a dress of their website on 20th March and the issue was finally resolved in June!

I went of the website's sizing guide and purchased a dress in size 3X. It was extremely small, I couldn't fit in it at all. After numerous emails, I returned it for an exchange in the size they recommended (They said I ordered the wrong size, even though my measurements say otherwise). Received the replacement dress in 4X in late April (1 month later). Again the dress was extremely small. At this stage I asked for a full refund, because either their sizing chart is incorrect or the dresses are faulty. They only agreed to refund me for the price I paid for the dress and not for the postage fees (3 lots of postage fees). Once I knew they had received the dress (via Aus Post tracking) they denied they had received it. I emailed them the proof and finally the refund was processed.

This business never admitted fault of their product. Their marketing claims the dresses are size and shape inclusive, they are not, both dresses wouldn't fit my bust. The dresses sent were all scrunched up in a tiny postal sachet (doesn't reflect the price you pay for them). Their communication was terrible, I had to send them a total of 19 emails to get the issue resolved.

My first order arrived today, only 5 days after placing it. I’m happy with the bikini set I purchased!
As a curvy girl, online orders often don’t fit. I read up on their strict returns policies & was aware of the risks in making a high value purchase through them. I read up on the provided measurements, checked myself 3 times. (And further researched styles/makes and couldn’t find a comparison elsewhere) While these lean toward a smaller make & fit, I can wear them & happily just ordered the next sizes up during their sale today.
I did this so that I have a set that provides more covering for my peace of mind in public AND allow me to mix and match with the set I just received.
The price point and returns policy definitely made me hesitant, and I don’t feel that I can risk purchasing their more expensive clothing items without a fitting. Will update after some wears!

Be careful when purchasing from this business. My partner bought the Grace skirt and noticed some fraying in the corner/join of the front apron and didn't think anything of it. After the second wash, it tore apart and the skirt can no longer be worn. Aulieude refuse to provide any compensation or replacement. High risk expense. You're better off buying from kmart, at least they will try to maintain customer satisfaction and quality assurance by giving you a refund/replacement. And small business's wonder why we can't support them and shop local?!

Not at all helpful when there is shipping mishaps (address and everything is correct) and your order goes missing, does not even offer shipping insurance or anything at time of purchase. Their shipping option has lost my order, after charging me 250 dollars in custom fees. Avoid! Avoid! avoid!

Moral of the story, make sure you’re 100% sure the item will suit before you order! I should have revised the return policy before I made my latest order - it does not allow for refunds for change of mind, only exchange or store credit. I appreciate this is my fault for not checking prior to ordering but I have to say, it's pretty disappointing when you're taking a chance in terms of ordering online (in terms of fit and suitability) to not be able to obtain a refund on successful return. If a refund were offered, I would absolutely understand the postal charge that I now have to pay to obtain store credit. I understand there's nothing I can do at this point but, to be frank, feel it's a fairly disappointing customer experience to have a credit where I have to order another item to "recoup".
