Reeds 2 jaar in behandeling voor zware uitputting. Ik neem 1 maand NMN en kan terug fit en blij uit mijn bed, kan de dag blij door tot 18 u, waar ik ervoor om 13 u alweer lag te slapen. Mijn 2de verpakking juist begonnen. Marijke.

Best quality, fast delivery

It’s been more than one year with Augment life and I’m so happy both with the super quality of their products and with the super fast delivery. I’m not gonna change my supplier ever !!

I have received my order of NMN

I have received my order of NMN, but I was very surprised and disappointed by the packaging. The box was only secured with two rubber bands, and there was some powder outside the container. Upon opening it, I found there was no proper seal inside to hold the powder, causing some of it to spill. I believe a few servings were wasted during shipping because of this.

I don't think I will buy from you again regardless of the quality of the product, what's the point of ordering a high quality product when packaging used does not serves it's purpose.

As replied via email yesterday. I would like to once more apologize for the unpleasant condition of the NMN your ordered.

We're sorry about that. You haven't responded. Do you want a replacement? We are happy to provide this. Just respond and we'll work it out.

Clearly, you are not satisfied, which is a failure on our part to provide 100% satisfactory product and customer service.

Please once again understand how tubes get tossed around in transport. We have seen the whole box crushed on other occasions. It's truly wild what happens in the delivery trucks sometimes. And yes, despite the sanitary enclosure stickers, rubber bands, and packing paper, some powder still came out.

The containers are made of paper, not plastic or glass. So you made the right choice, limiting the carbon footprint and fossil fuels wasted to package and transport the powder. We are still trying to figure out how to get this working 100%, and it seems more solutions are still needed.

You mentioned several servings may have come out, but in the photos you sent us, it appears the seal wasn't broken. Where is all the powder that has fallen out?

We're looking to improve every day. Your feedback really helps. We have seriously noted this issue and will consider better packaging for delivering 100% of the product ordered, without any disturbance during delivery.
