I ordered almost every supplement from their shop. The quality is very good, and I noticed an improvement in my energy levels after a few days. I think it takes a bit of time to see the full results.
Communication is very good as well, they are responsive, and if there are any issues, they solve them quickly.

Ho effettuato un ordine (n. 15991 del 17/11/2025) acquistando un semplice integratore e pagando 7,30 € di spedizione, convinto di ricevere un servizio quantomeno decente.
Il risultato è stato un’esperienza frustrante dall’inizio alla fine.

La spedizione è stata affidata a un corriere evidentemente inaffidabile: il pacco è arrivato in Italia dopo giorni di totale silenzio, per poi risultare “ingombrante” e quindi non consegnabile a domicilio. Parliamo di una scatolina di capsule: l’idea che fosse troppo grande per essere recapitata è talmente assurda da rendere evidente che si tratta di un pretesto utilizzato dal vettore.

Nonostante avessi pagato la consegna a casa, sono stato costretto a recarmi personalmente all’Ufficio Postale, perdendo tempo e riorganizzando la giornata per ritirare un pacchettino che sarebbe entrato senza problemi nella buca delle lettere.

Il servizio clienti, pur rispondendo, si è limitato a rimandare a un link di tracciamento senza assumersi minimamente la responsabilità della scelta del corriere né della qualità del servizio offerto.
Alla fine, al 1° dicembre, non avevo ancora ricevuto nulla.

In sintesi:
• Ho pagato per una consegna a domicilio mai effettuata.
• Il pacco è stato dichiarato “ingombrante” in maniera chiaramente pretestuosa.
• La spedizione è stata lentissima e poco trasparente.
• Sono stato costretto a ritirare di persona un pacco minuscolo.
• Il costo della spedizione, alla luce del servizio ricevuto, risulta ingiustificato e dà l’impressione che si risparmi sulla logistica a scapito del cliente.

Esperienza nel complesso deludente e non professionale.
Con queste premesse, purtroppo, non posso consigliare né ripetere l’acquisto.
