User Friendly Platform
The new online platform is very user friendly once all information is integrated. However, I was disappointed that I could not use my Apple MacBook to complete the audit process, it was a bit more work to send files from one OS to another in order to complete my audit.

What went wrong
What went wrong? Nothing was wrong about auditsoft program. Auditsoft is a great program. The problem was the time it took me to put everything together and document it. Writing is not my strong suit. Working at creating a professional vocabulary, sentence structure. It was a lot. Thanks for listening.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about AuditSoft. We truly appreciate the feedback and are pleased to hear that your experience with the software itself was positive.
Documenting and articulating responses in a professional format is a fundamental requirement of the Alberta COR process. A typical COR audit is detailed and time intensive. Even experienced auditors who complete these regularly may require 5–10 days to finalize an average audit. If professional writing is not a primary strength, as in your case, an audit can take longer.
While we are continuously working to improve the software (and there may be new tools that will be especially important to you soon ;) ), the requirement for clearly documented professional explanations is established by the Alberta Government's Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) governing body.
This is unfortunately not something AuditSoft nor your Certifying Partner can modify.
Similar to professions such as accounting or law, if certain competencies are not part of your core skill set, it may reduce frustration to engage a qualified professional for support.
If you would ever like assistance with the software, we are always happy to help.

Great tool just could use some minor tweaks
The audit software is very easy to follow and complete. Makes it very easy to navigate. One recommendation would be in sections such as the executive summary, would there be a way to check complete. As soon as there is text in the box it automatically checks it off as completed. Individuals that are navigating the audit to reference may get interrupted or side tracked with something else and have to return to the audit but unknowingly think the section is completed, much the same as the company profile section.
