Thank you so much! WE are doing our bast to serve you!
Be careful with their published information
Yesterday I visited their site looking for a Denafrips CD Transport and the price published was 1.317€. I send them a message inquiring about the price and other topics and the response was that the correct price is 1.580€ and that after “several days it will become 1.690€”. Sorry, I’ll look for other more serious and fair options.
Sorry but the response provided here by Audiophoria does not make sense because the moment I told them about a lower price in their site, they said "we are correcting it now"... BTW if you add 21% of VAT to 1.317 the result is not 1.580. Good luck.

Hello again , thank you so much for the review! Please BE ADVISED if you look at the prices they were without VAT , if you add VAT the price becomes the 1590 euro , as stated . I informed you really friendly that it will become 1690 within 20 days, just to be aware of this. Maybe the review is because I told you I cannot make you an additional discount as you asked .. Anyway , different people different reviews.
1317+20% = 1580 euro.... different mathematics at your side maybe.
Be well ...
Do not hasitate
Kamen is fair guy, whatever he said, he also fulfill. Had no problems at all, if there will be a chance to trade with him again, I'll do without hasitation.
Good brands, fair prices, good service.

No answer when trying eo return a DAC for refund!
I bought a new Denafrips Venus DAC from Audiophoria. Since they transferred their internet page to denafrips.eu, some delay in communication occured.

Hi Jan, first sorry for allowing this to happen! My colleague opened the email accidentally when in motion on his phone and forgot to make it unread , then we didn't saw it. as we really have serious communication. Anyway Jan , you wrote us just once before 8 days , and then this negative here... again really sorry for this, but I ve answered you 2 times via email before 2 days, when checking all emails and no answer from your side this time. I contacted denafrips also for their opinion regarding the problem and also offered you full money back , or exchange of the unit. Please check your email. I even prolonged the trial period just to be sure that there is no problem at all .

Best price/value DACs on the planet.
Amazingly fast shipping within Europe, great products. Have tested more than ten DACs from 1000 - 6000 Euros, in the end, always a Denfrips takes the crown at roughly half or even less the price of the competitor. Highly responsive team, even on Sundays…

Great dealer for great products
Kamen is wonderful to deal with. I know no other dealer who answers as quickly, even on sunday !
I bought him a Cen.Grand Dsdac 1.0 Superclock last july and it’s absolutely amazing. I love it. The music is so easy to enjoy, it just flows naturally. This Dac is way better than my previous Gustard R26, really not in the same league.
Coupled with my Emerson Digital streamer, I don’t feel like upgrading anymore.
