Definitely very skeptical at first, but these very quickly replaced all of my headphones. Quality of material is excellent, sound is very rich and detailed; combined with the very lightweight design make for an immersive experience that is unreal. After a few minutes of use, they practically disappear. You forget that you are even wearing them in the first place. The sound quality does not betray them either. It fully immerses me in everything I use them for.

I rarely write reviews like this, but the Empyrean II is absolutely an endgame pair of headphones for any studio or personal indoor use. I only wish that I could also use them for the gym or on runs, but that's the only trade off.

I just made another purchase off Audio 46. I got a free upgrade to next day air. And they ship the same day if you beat there cut off time. There just the best. This is why I keep coming back.
