Very unhappy with the service provided
Very unhappy with the service provided,
Absolutely agree with all of the negative reviews submitted,
Sales team is a disaster, more over when you attempt to get directed to the manager they don't do that they just forward you to their fellows mate.
Sales team is defiantly not native English speakers, even thought the names of them are English. 100 % not real names.
You will not find any phone of the manager or a proper quality assurance. All is written on the website is not real in their case.
They been saying bids are on the engine and we could place them at any time , but indeed i needed to submit bids by the emails.
They told me my car will be on vessel on 20 of may , up to 25 of may they haven't even contacted me. I were have to run after them.
I told them hundred of times that my port of destination which were initially specified must be changed, they been always saying sure not a problem we will correct that. Guess what ? Port haven't been changed and car shipped there.
I started dealing with them when the trust pilot were not having any reviews of them, and I thought like ok there a couple of positive reviews which i found(nearly for sure fake ones).
I hope my and other experience will prevent others from dealing with them
I will never use their services again and will not recommend to anybody,
BEWARE of them.

Bunch of cheats!!!
First, all "English" named sales agents on Auction House Japan like Daniel, Slater, Kevin etc are fake. They are mostly Indian/Pakistanis and most likely not even in Japan.
They sold me a car that faced a compliance issue in NZ. This issue was not mentioned to me during auction process, not even on Auction sheet. It costed me extra $1000 to pass the compliance. The car even had malfunctioning Air Con so I had to spend even more to fix it. Now the car has costed me even more than what I had bought it from NZ.
Also the car took over 3 months to reach NZ.
Stay away from them. They are cheats!!
Note: The 5 star reviews on this page are from AHJ guys themselves. Don't be fooled by them. They are bunch of cheats!!!

They rip me off by 2000 dollars extra
First they say the car will arrive within 20days but it takes 4 months to get
First they will tell you cheap price but when you do deposit they start adding extra cost
I will never buy from this company
No commitment
David manager say car will be aroung 11.700 nzd and you will get car outside your house no gst no compliance cost
But i end up paying 14500 nzd dollars
I will try my best to let other people aware
