What can I say ? My mistake was not to check the reviews before using them. Looking for a delivery, I've choosen one with the price higher because i needed to be delivered in 2 days, not 4 as the standard. Result ? they bring back the box to me after 10 days becuase they couldn't delivery (and I'm used to send to that address at least once every 3 months without problems). We always look for cheaper alternatives... but this is the result

I ordered something through Lotioncrafter. A few days after being notified the package had shipped, I tried to track the package. It still stated that the package was awaiting acceptance. Now on the 10th day since being shipped it still says the same thing. I called the post office about it, and they said it has been lost. It's now been 10 days and I have had no communication from Lotioncrafter, Auctane Shippingeasy, or the post office. When I googled this company to see its reviews, I was disgusted with Lotioncrafter and USPS for using such an unreliable program.

Es absolutamente vergonzoso el servicio (o la falta de él) que ofrecen. Contraté una recogida el día 2 y, tras una semana de espera, el paquete sigue en el mismo sitio.

Lo de Zeleris es una falta de respeto sistemática: alegan hasta tres intentos de recogida fallidos por "ausencia del remitente", cuando es totalmente falso. El remitente ha estado en el domicilio en todo momento esperando el servicio, y ni siquiera se han dignado a pasar por la puerta.

Y para colmo, la respuesta de Packlink es de chiste: dicen que el servicio contratado "no incluye llamar al cliente". ¿Estamos locos? En pleno 2026, su solución ante la incompetencia del transportista es que el cliente adivine cuándo van a decidirse a trabajar.

Incompetencia logística: Mienten en el seguimiento.

Atención al cliente nula: No ofrecen soluciones, solo excusas contractuales.

Cero profesionalidad: Una semana perdida por un servicio que ya está pagado.

No recomiendo a nadie usar Packlink si el envío es con Zeleris. Es tirar el dinero y ganar un dolor de cabeza. Increíble pero cierto.

They keep on losing password and make it unable to get a new one. Wait times for customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Endicia was never like this.

I signed up with Stampscom in December 2025. I have been trying for two months to get back $70 I put in an account with Stamps.com for purchasing shipping labels. I never even successfully shipped one package. NOT ONE!I I have gotten every excuse they can come up with for why I still don't have MY money back. The latest is that my bank declined their attempt to deposit money into my account (said no bank ever!) But they successfully did two setup deposits for $1 each after they started telling me this, and they have been telling me the check's in the mail for weeks now. I went on line to look up who owned Stamps. Com, and found it now belongs to Auctane.
The USPS site turned out to be less, easier, and didn't make me keep an account balance to purchase shipping labels from.

Utilizzo Auctane da due anni per le mie spedizioni e sono capitato qui per caso. Leggendo le recensioni ho deciso di farne una seria perchè mi sembra giusto nei confronti di Auctane e del loro lavoro. Chi commenta qui non ha capito ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA! Prima di commentare abbiate il buonsenso di capire le cose! Auctane è un INTERMEDIARIO che permette a CHI SPEDISCE di SCEGLIERE tra diversi corrieri. PUNTO! Non sono responsabili di smarrimenti, di blocchi o di pesi dei pacchi! Loro semplicemente forniscono UN UNICO POSTO dove scegliere A QUALE CORRIERE AFFIDARE la gestione della spedizione. E LO FANNO BENE devo dire. Infatti continuo ad usarlo da anni perchè mi danno delle tariffe di spedizioni CHE I CORRIERI DIRETTI non mi danno. Tutti questi commenti negativi sono da IGNORANTI!!!

pessima esperienza, a distanza di 3 settimane dalla spedizione di un pacco e dalla consegna, mi trovo addebitati 93 euro ulteriori su paypal senza alcuna spiegazione. impossibile comunicare con loro

Acquisto effettuato su E-Bay con consegna affidata a Posteitaliane che a sua voltasi avvale di Auctane. Teatro dell'operetta: il 23/12 mi informano che la consegna avverrà 4 giorni prima, il 19. Vedrò di organizzarmi acquistando una macchina del tempo.

I have NEVER seen such poor service; I could drive to California and back to pick up packages myself in the time it is taking them to arrive. Tracking is a joke. As mentioned in previous reviews they show them 'in transit' for weeks!

I got an email from USPS Informed Delivery saying a package would be delivered by 9pm and that it had to be signed for. I work from home and the package never arrived. Nevertheless I got an email saying that it was delivered, and I clicked on the tracking link. It says I signed for it. I never did. Still trying to figure out what’s going on. No way to contact anyone, and no idea what it is. Ridiculous.

I think their core business is steal money

Un acquisto sul web e poste lo affidana loro. Spedizione su Napoli. Corriere pessimo, volgare, presuntuoso, arrogante, irrispettoso, maleducato! Una esperienza pessima! Mi chiedo perché poste affida la consegna a loro? Oltretutto prima non fa indagini? Leggo solo voti negativi.

Pacco da 200gr spedito e consegnato.. dopo qualche giorno mi arriva un addebito perchè avevo indicato come peso del pacco 1kg e a loro dire il peso reale era di 17kg.. probabilmente l'addetto alla pesa aveva dimenticato un piede sulla bilancia! LADRI!

What a nightmare of a company. How are they in business?

Pessima esperienza! Spedisco 4 pacchi dalla spagna all italia e dopo 15 giorni dal ricevimento mi trovo un addebito automatico di 16 euro per un presunto esubero di peso dei pacchi. Naturalmente impossibile testimoniare il contrario o contattarli perché pongono solo una mail no-reply.

pessimo corriere con poste italiane. non affidate niente. non suona il campanello e scrive destinatario assente. Non è la prima volta.
