Good but hard
I got one of these mattresses for my teenager and it was beautiful so I decided to get one for myself but the one that arrived for myself was significantly harder and uncomfortable, ive had to add a memory foam topper to not wake in pain.
There is obviously some inconsistency with the products

Disappointed and painful
2 out of the 3 mattresses have collapsed. I needed a supportive mattress because of my ankylosing spondylitis and don't have the money for a specialised bed. I'm So disappointed and the collapsed mattress antagonizes my condition causing extreme pain.

Good business to deal with
We ordered the Audreamy Rome queen mattress from AUChampx, which arrived impressively quickly considering we live in a rural area. It was a bit nerve-wracking buying a mattress without being able to physically view and test it, but so far we've been very pleased with our purchase. Regarding the company itself, I have no complaints. Their website is very user friendly, their product was easy to order online, it arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the product was overall very satisfactory.
