This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I provided a minimum investment to kick things off. They asked me to make a further investment which I did via Bitcoin.
There were two brokers who continuously hounded me to put more in.
My investment did grow but when I wanted to send money back to my Bitcoin wallet the transfer was cancelled after a week, the money has not been returned to my account and they have stolen from me.
The reason for the cancellation was due to not paying taxes.
It's funny that I didn't have to pay any tax to send money to the platform but I have to when I want to withdraw it. It is a huge scam and morally pathetic in the way they do business.
I thought things were going so well as I was seeing returns on my investment. I am in debt and was hoping this would help in paying this off.
It is a disgrace how they interact with customers and never return any communications when a customer wants to withdraw money from the platform.
I have sent 4 emails to have someone call about this and nothing, they just cancelled the withdrawal and have stolen money from me.
They are thieves and DO NOT invest any money with them.

I watched the account following trading on two commodities and then the penny dropped that I would need to invest substantially to make any headway and had no inclination to follow up on anything further. I mailed A trade after 7 days requesting them to shut my account as I had seen enough and was following their terms and conditions which stated that I could cancel my account up to 14 days from opening it. I took a call sometime later and the call handler told me after getting shirty. With me that my account would be forwarded to their legal team. After another few weeks I spoke to a man who stated I had to shut the account at my end. I have looked for a way to do this and can. To find one. I just want them to leave me alone now and not to contact me further as I have had 12+ calls today. I do not wish to communicate with them now.

Never ever invest with ATrade, it's a scam. They show you bigger profit and ask for more money. But I asked for withdrawal then they asked me to pay 32%tax to them. But they didn't even told me in the beginning about taxes. I didn't give them any additional money as they are scam brokers. There are several reasons.

1. Continuously pushing for More money.
2. Daily call from multiple phone numbers
3. They doesn't have regulated by FCA, AMF or any. Authorities.
4. They falsify the data on trade to show you bigger profit.
5. While investing they give you a wallet address to transfer BTC but we don't have control on that and not sure whether our money invested in real market

Started with 200 aud then went to 1000 aud..was making money..invested 5000 aud made 15 536 aud overnight..wanted to withdraw money..paid the tax then it went to blockchain had to pay a security deposit..they were supposed to exchange it n transfer into my account..but was told a new person that had started mistakenly put it back into my wallet(which I thinka lie)..so it was that quick that apparently bitcoin went through the roof n because I made an extra 15000 aud had to pay more tax..went back again to blockchain more money then they exchanged it sent it toUBS swiss bank..get told I need to pay 14000 tax for them to release my 58000 aud but I can go to the swiss embassy here in Perth wa with a code n get my tax back..the embassy said they have never heard such a thing..now all involved have not answered any msgs since yesterday as I told them someone from a fraud company contacted me saying its one big massive scam..soo pissed off I'm.a single mum with a child that has a disability n they still took advantage of me..absolutely disgusted..matthew stubbs maria egger from atrade john gandolfi blockchain n gloria Randall from UBS....grrrr
