Complete scam, avoid at all costs

Company are Scammers do not part with any money. They provide tracking and deliver a piece of string!! Read all other reviews. The company are deliberate thieves and have no intention of providing you with any goods.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Pretended watch was delivered, it wasn’t. No tracking, no photos. AI responses.

I purchased a watch for £169.00, but instead, I received a piece of string.

The website has no contact address and no reviews.

Additionally, the product was not shipped from an international location: rather, it originated from the following address:
Returning Warehouse,
Unit 1, The Ridgeway Estate,
Buckinghamshire,
SL0 9HX .

Paid £169 through credit card for a full set watch packet, box, papers, cards and the watch itself. recieved a peice of string. I'm not joking, a peice of string. Reported to Italian police and Rolex, wouldnt be supprised if they do this to everybody. Fraud claim in with my credit card provider.
Contrary to the previous review, there website does have an address and its in Italy. I got all my money back and as I understand Italian authorities are looking into their dealings re counterfeit goods.

I can only describe this as a well marketed con.
Paid for the product.
Never got any shipping confirmation
Reached out on the support email address several times and it bounced back as not existing.
Do not spend your cash here

This is a scam do not buy nothing from them

Ordered a watch almost 4 weeks ago. No tracking email and just emails stating they have a system issue. Looks like the same as other reviewers as the product link does not recognise my details. Emails now gone silent and no response through Insta. Buyer be aware !!

SCAM, stay away from purchasing I ordered a watch 10 days ago and haven’t received contacted support and they said we cannot locate order so requested a refund hopefully I get money back if I don’t I will request a chargeback from bank. 😣

I have paid for a watch from this website 10 days ago and i have still not received a tracking email to say that it is shipped. Their returns portal doesn't recognise me and their help email responses have 3x sent me in a loop to the portal to track progress that i have told them does not work (AI / scripted support?). Don't risk your money
