Excellent service

Ordered a set of tyres and bearings. Both arrived quickly and were competitively priced.

Will be using AT Motocross again.

Missed a race because you took 4 days to tell me that the part wasn't in stock after I bought it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

We're very sorry to hear that the item you ordered was unavailable. After reviewing your order, I can confirm that while the part wasn’t in stock at our warehouse, it was showing as available from our supplier at the time of purchase. As the order was placed at 11:56 PM, by the time it was processed and delivered 36 hours later, we realised it hadn’t been included in the supplier’s shipment, which unfortunately caused the unexpected delay.

We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. A full refund was processed within two working days.

Postage Price is a joke!

I was reassured my jersey would be here for the weekend after I rang in a panic on Tuesday the 2nd July, I got charged £15 postage and the package was not even a tracked delivery it was sent on standard Royal Mail and is still not here the Monday after the weekend. I use to be a postman and I am sure this could have been sent on a 24hour special delivery for cheaper than £15. Postage prices need reviewed!
