Me and my friends joined atlas capture early enough in december we worked till yesterday all of us having good ratings, all of a sudden we are paused claiming weve spammed, you people just pause accounts randomly, 2 days without anyone saying anything, if you complain they chug you out of their discord, so unprofessional, losing their influence

Hi Brian, accounts are not paused randomly. Spam flags are triggered by documented patterns in submission behaviour and are applied consistently across all accounts. Regarding Discord removals, members who violate community guidelines or conduct rules are removed regardless of their work status. We understand this is frustrating but we encourage you and your friends to reach out to us directly through our support channels on Discord or reddit at r/atlas_capture with your account details so each case can be reviewed individually.

Atlas Capture is a miracle in my life. The easiest registration, signed contract, and it pays!!!. At first I thought it was too good to be real but here we are. I've been with this wonderful organization since December last year and I have been paid more than 5 times. I love how transparent and considerate they are with the labellers and staffs with a very competent support team and team leads.

Tier 1 is the evaluation phase and promotion to the next tier depends on your evaluation results and current applicant volume. The company has no proper structure
The company has no proper structure. They pay users less and still delay payments for days.. They gaslight us a lot and it's so disrespectful. The support people suppress you if you criticize the company for poor quality.. They could even suspend your account with all your earnings owed in it because you're vocal about their poor structure. Every pay period is a struggle. We have to beg and beg them so we can be paid. They don't treat their North American staffs this way because they know the label laws will deal with them if they get reported for payment delay. But when it comes to us from the Overseas, they treat us like we don't matter. They can delay our payments for several days without an official communication. The whole company sucks to be honest.

AtlasCapture operates the same payment process for all contractors regardless of location. Payments are not sent all at once because each payout goes through an auditing process to ensure accuracy before being released. This takes time and is applied consistently across the board, not selectively based on where someone is from.
Account suspensions are based solely on documented violations of our contractor terms, never on someone voicing feedback. Constructive criticism is welcome and we encourage it through the proper channels.
We understand payment delays are frustrating and we are always working to improve our processes. If you have a specific outstanding payment concern, we genuinely want to help resolve it. There are always room for Improvements
Since I started working with Atlas, Dec 2025, I was handled by a team with lots of learning opportunity to provide to you. Opportunities to learn and equipped yourself on this field. Guided by people who are willing to teach you on the best way they can. There are sometimes issues that encountered as I continue work with them, but they were addressed and resolved one at time. There are things that needs to be improved with the Atlas Capture but, one thing I know for sure is that, with them, I am learning, supported and earning enough to pay my bills. Support should come in both ways, from employee and to all the people you ended working with. But as long as we worked together, there are always room for improvements for both.

I'm not sure if the site is legit or…
I'm not sure if the site is legit or not that's why I gave it 3 star. I've completed Tier 1 for weeks now. Been watching YouTube videos on how to advance to Tier3, then found out it's through discord workshop or whatever. To join the workshop is a problem because no specific time is set for it. It's just random. It's kinda frustrating. After the Tier1 test, I feel there should be a link to a form or something to just take the T3 test instead going through discord or whatever.

Atlas Capture is a good program, I currently use Luel and Atlas Capture for data labelling and contributing. The payouts are a bit slow which is disappointing and sometimes there are issues too. However, I would still recommend people to use it!
