We were very pleased with the consultation. Lizaveta explained the Atlas Biomed report very clearly, listened attentively and gave some useful recommendations. Her follow up email summarised our discussion clearly and very accurately. She responded to every question we asked with relevant and helpful explanations.

I have just completed my third Atlas Microbiome test. The report is very comprehensive and gives a detailed analysis of the gut microbiome. Repeating the test every three to four months allows you to monitor progress and the report format makes it very easy to understand. Turnaround time is about 4-5 weeks. The food recommendations are well presented and they work! The nutritional consultant is very knowledgeable and helpful. It's very good value for money.

What a great service! The information given on gut microbes is super in-depth and insightful. There is a lot of information to get through which is why the consultation is REALLY useful. Afterwards, I went straight to my online supermarket and ordered weekly deliveries based on the desires of my microbomes! I look forward to doing a repeat test in a few months to see how my microbes have evolved! Good luck guys!

A fantastic service for understanding your gut health. After taking the test which arrived promptly and then having the results and consultation with Lizaveta the nutritionist was very helpful in helping me realise what's good in my diet and what I could improve for my gut health and digestive system. There's an online portal which goes into details of various different aspects such as gluten bacteria, lactose bacteria to see if anything is lacking so that you can improve your gut health. Recommend to get a test done with them, highly progressional and will be ordering again in a few months to compare my nutritional changes.

This is a serious,thorough, but friendly and honest service, attempting to help us make sense of the bewildering amount of information that goes into keeping us healthy, through what we eat and what our gut makes of it...and how to become healthier through choosing a diverse plant-based diet. Atlas appears to be a well run, efficient, organisation, who actually do as they say they'll do, keep in touch, and answer questions.

I originally thought the online consultation was included in the price, but it’s not. The results were a little confusing and seemed to contradict themselves, but when I expressed my confusion through email, their customer service arranged a free 30 min Zoom meeting with one of their consultants. Liza was very friendly and helpful, and interpreted the results in more detail for me, which explained the apparent contradictions. I now understand why some levels are higher and others lower - gives peace of mind and the knowledge to amend my diet accordingly! I will probably do another test in a few months to see whether things have improved through tweaking parts of my diet.

House mate who also left review told me about this company, but I gave it a go with test he didn’t want to use.

He was right that it is horrible as personal account is not designed well and the PDF they send is so bad it makes you laugh. PDF could not make up its mind with some claims!

Other mate of ours who left a good survey got a link to leave a review but me and my house mate did not! Asked another mate to leave good survey and they got a link too. I think they only invite people with a good survey.

Now I do not trust it.

Update because even the reply is bad, complete lies. Reviews from America and France even when they do not sell there.

Atlas microbiome test has been super helpful and I feel like finally I can help myself out instead of waiting and taking meds. Have to have patience but it helped me in so many ways.

I recommend taking the test, I’ve done it few times already as I working on my gut health. The most useful recommendations from the test for me were the missing probiotics (Low levels of beneficial bacteria and probiotics detected in your microbiome.) I have since started taking other probiotic and am seeing better results than my previous ones, thank you. I was fascinated by the nationality biome/ genome information, which seemed spot on plus some surprises. Despite my drastically changing my diet over the past 6 years the information was still there in my gut! I appreciate being prompted to eat more diversely. I was relieved that my efforts have considerably reduced my chances of those major diseases. Some foods make me ill like Capsaicins, curry and so I avoid them.

Using the microbiome test was an interesting experience. It was very useful and easy to complete. From receiving the package to completing the test to viewing the results on the atlas app. It was all very straightforward to do. I found the result were nice and easy to understand and they gave a good description on what certain things meant. The test also showed what I was at risk of and ways to help my gut health improve for the better. Whilst I was waiting for my test to be analysed I was kept up to date with regular emails which provided me with lots of information about nutrition and other areas to do with gut health. They offer to analyse your diet afterward by using the app and keeping a food diary. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in gut health.

I'm very pleased to have taken the microbiome test. I feel I know more about my health and I learnt which changes I can make to my diet to live a healthier life. The test was easy to take and the results were clearly described with many useful information and links to relevant scientific papers. I look forward to following the personalised dietary recommendation and taking the test again in a few months to check for any improvement on my microbiome health.

It was so easy to use and also easy to navigate around the information provided.
As a nutritionist, I personally found the weekly recommendations of different foods to eat useful as it tells you what each foods does to improve your microbiome.
Overall, It was easy to understand and use the information provided to me. I am now thinking of purchasing the DNA kit.

Just received the results of my gut microbiome tests. I was very impressed with the service. The emails before the results were analysed were especially helpful . The results were broken down in such a way that it was all so easy to understand with recommendations of what to eat to improve the quality of your microbiome.

Easy to follow instructions and kept constantly up to date with progress of sample delivery and receipt. Fully comprehensive evaluation with good feedback that was ensuring to me. Would highly recommend using this company and their microbiome test, especially if you have any health conditions or nutritional needs.

I was sent kits expired within one week, thought I grabbed a bargain but only cheap because they almost expired. Did not say anything at time of buying. Awful!!!!!

I completed both the DNA and Gut Bacteria tests 2 years ago and was so happy to see cutting edge results for both tests. They have helped me to address gut issues with practical suggestions on foods my gut will benefit from as well as foods to avoid. Suggestions for sports activities that are best for my body plus a host of other things.
I was thrilled to have a 45 minute discussion with someone who explained my Gut bacteria results ( at no added cost) and answered all my questions.
As their research continues they automatically added relevant changes to my results and notified of them.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in the UK and Canada who want to improve their over all health.

A great service. Informative, professional and well considered.

Not a very enlightening test, which told me to eat loads of food that I cannot eat as I have IBS. Despite cancelling the subscription, they went ahead and took another payment for a kit I do not want. I am now waiting for a refund and suspect this will probably be long winded and hard to get. Great way to make money off people. I would not bother with the kit.

Really should be listed as entertainment! Do not bother wasting your money thinking you are actually going to get anything other than speculation and random contradictory rubbish.

I not even sure why they actually need you to send in a sample of DNA for the level of insight and response you actually receive. Also no response to my emails asking for more clarification or explanation of why their service is so poor.
