Due ordini e due brutte esperienze. Errare è umano ma essere incapaci di rimediare all'errore è inaccettabile. Mi chiedo come mai restino ancora on line data l'incapacità di consegnare prodotti conformi agli ordini e l'arroganza di un servizio clienti fantasma (perché le mail di scuse che riceverete non le firma nessuno ma un generico "servizio clienti" indisponente. Sconsigliato assolutamente.

Nach einigen Recherchen war ich zunächst am Überlegen, ob ich auf besagter Website etwas bestelle - nicht zuletzt wegen der hier zu findenden schlechten Bewertungen.
Preise: super Preise, es bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten schöne Designerstücke günstig zu kaufen, vor allem im Sale
Bestellung: sichere Zahlung mit Kreditkarte möglich
Versand: 20€ nach Deutschland, etwas teuer, aber die Ware kommt aus Italien
Versandzeit: super schnell, 2 Arbeitstage nach Versanddatum kam die Ware tatsächlich an
Kommunikation: Hatte Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufgenommen wegen einer Telefonnummer-Änderung, reibungslos und eindeutig - nach 12 Stunden hatte ich bereits eine Antwort.
Fazit: ein vertrauenswürdiger Händler, super Service, qualitativ hochwertige Ware, hochwertige Verpackung der Ware, schnelle Lieferung!

Terrible service from Atelier on Web
I bought an expensive Marc Jacobs handbag via Avenue K sold by Atelier on Web. The handbag arrived looking as if it was used, there were marks and signs of mishandling all over it and also, it was missing a dust bag - which I only found out when I purchased the same handbag from a UK shop! This is unacceptable and I will never shop in that boutique again.

thank you for your message! We double checked your order issue.
When we ship orders, we submit items to several checks: more in detail, when we ship bags and accessories, we check that every item is in perfect condition and equipped with all tags and original accessories (dust bags, labels…). For some reason this shipment jumped the control: during the sales period we process so many orders and once in a thousand it can happen. We offer a wide assortment of luxury items provided from many Italian boutiques: it’s very hard to verify that each boutique is doing its job.
However we have received the return without notice, if we had received an e-mail request with the motivation, we would have immediately replaced the item.
So we really regret for the inconvenience occurred, but we only ask you to not evaluate our service based only on a particular case, but in the reliability and availability that we are able to provide in the long term.
Thanks anyway for your report, which is an incentive for us to continuously improve the quality of our service.

24 hours after i purchased and payed the item, they wrote me an e-mail telling me that the item is not anymore available. One whole day is needed to check if an item is available? Now i have to wait their refund and the bank will take over one month to do it. In the while i will stay without my money. This is not serious. If you think to buy from this store, please check if the same items are available on other stores. Surely they will be more serious than this one.
