I ordered a calfskin Prada bag with silver hardware and 7 weeks later I received a hard plastic Prada bag with gold hardware. Total scam company.

They sell counterfeit items 100% fake and cheap
Not at all like what they’re advertising

I would rate it a zero if I could. I ordered a “Chanel” and it came damaged. I got in touch with customer service immediately. Their response was that I had to have an “unboxing” video. How would I even knew that? I read the return policy before I ordered and there is nothing in it regarding that. Thank goodness for Amex. They refunded my purchase because the company is fraudulent.

This happened to me!
I sent them this email
“ However, it has now been several days and the item has still not been shipped. This suggests the order was not dispatched immediately as claimed.
I am therefore again confirming that I wish to cancel this order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please confirm cancellation and refund to my original payment method.
If this is not resolved, I will pursue a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider. Your internal processing policy does not override UK consumer law for online purchases. Please confirm the cancellation and refund to my original payment method.
If this is not resolved, I will proceed with a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and report the matter to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.”

I immediately got my money back and still received the bag

This is a scam. I never received the bag and the customer service is non-existant to attempt to receive a refund. Just an email address with no response other than an automated one. I just wanted to buy a cute Kelly style bag (despite them saying it is a perfect replica, I obviously knew I wouldn’t be fooling anybody into thinking I had a real one) and instead I have the headache of trying to receive a refund from scammers.

This is this worse website I’ve ever came across the bag I got was not the one I order and I paid £180 for took 3 weeks to come and it’s like something out of a pound shop!
It will not let me upload photos but it’s absolutely disgusting and now I’ll not get my money back!!! Do not way our money!

Awful fake Chanel bag that is no different from the ones in Chinatown. Too many details proving it is not the same bag being sold in their web store--they use authentic bag photos to catfish us poor buyers. Loose thread, zipper that does not match the authentic version (silver tab zipper?!) and an awfully strong fake leather smell. They claim the bags are authentic and created by the same artisans but cheaper because they're not sold at retail stores hence no marketing markup etc.

Shipping takes about a month and customer service is practically non existent. You receive an auto reply but no real person conversation.

I am now in the middle of getting a return and refund going. I took a video of myself opening the package but customer service has not gotten back to me if my proof is enough to qualify for a refund. And yet their website states 30-day refund.

I have made two separate orders. Both of which I was promised shipping details in 72 hours. I was never sent shipping details and the time it took to communicate with anyone was crazy. I only got a response through Facebook when I started complaining. I asked for them to check stock before ordering ever again. While both my orders were refunded to my card regardless I still never got an answer about products being in stock or not which I asked multiple time and event sent a list of items and alternates. I checked the website and the entire designer I wanted is now completely unavailable and the chat with customer support on Facebook has now changed to Facebook user and I cannot report anything. What’s even stranger is there is a new website Elvera Collection, that was created about 6 days ago that has the same stock and pictures. If you read the about info on it you will read under the disclaimer it reads: Atelera is an independent distributor……. Etc so it’s a copy website! Something is super fishy. I’m glad I got my money back but I just don’t know why they would send it back what did they get from taking my money and promptly returning it twice.

Don't order from them! I ordered 5 bags with express shipping ($22) and was told that 2 bags were out of stock. I sent 8 other options (with links to the items on their site) and only 3 were 'in stock' I confirmed what bags were being sent with links (prices had also changed from when I ordered - some up and some down). All 5 bags that I eventually received were wrong - from wrong color, wrong style, wrong hardware, wrong size, to wrong interiors. After 3 emails they finally replied that they could only do a return or refund with an unboxing video, which I didn't have because this was almost a week later but I had sent photos of what I received with links to what I ordered! I did get a full refund, likely only because I filed a chargeback with my credit card company!

Beware. They take your money and tell you it shipped. I received it and it was nothing as shown in the image. Then my dumbass bout 3 more purses when their website clearly said it was available. All of sudden 2 are out of stock. Gave them my alternative and out of the 10 I sent them, all of sudden they are sold out, including the one they told me multiple times it was available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will literally screw you over. They never rectified this, never apologized never offered alternatives that were available. HORRIBLE

I ordered many weeks ago a LV bag, promptly after I got information, my package will be prepared. Then nothing happened anymore. I wrote three times before I got a message that my ordered bag is not available. I could choose another, if I wish what I did. No answer after my new order. I wrote again 3 times before I got an answer that they going to refund me. Til now nothing happened. Absolutely no-go!!

I have bought 2 items from them, after i saw their page online and ad in instagram. Although in my case the quality of both is good, feels leather, none of my bags have logo, one came with wrong color hardware ( reason for which i wanted to return it but i was not able because the return policy is not clear and i didn’t know they needed a video on unboxing ) the problem is both bags came poorly packed , in gray plastic bag, no dust bag, even though on the site they advertise delivery is with original box and dust bag. In conclusion, i am disappointed not only because the bags don’t have logo but mostly because the shop is not honest when presenting their merchandise. Unfortunately i was not able to obtain my refund even if the fault was theirs. I was assured even in email that my bag would come with logo, box and all the rest . Yet it came wrong color no box no logo.

I was sent the wrong item and after that? They disappeared. No 30 days return policy.

Counterfeit items, do not purchase from them - this is a scam

Their instagram account looks great but don’t be fooled. This is definitely fraud. They keep deleting comments from instagram but you can find some that either never received their order or received something completely different. I ordered 5 bags and received an email that 4 of them were out of stock. Still waiting on the bag and the refund. Will contact my bank this week.

This company is a scam. They sent me absolute garbage. When the purses arrived they were such poor quality and nothing like any of the pictures. The reviews on the site seem suspicious. Don’t do what I did!

I received the wrong bag, sent an email to apply for a refund and was denied, I was told they sent the right one and magically I received the wrong one ( a 42 cm bag magically turned into a 25 cm bag) and I had to submit an unboxing video to prove it (something that is no where to see in the return policy), but I had made an unboxing video that I sent and after that complete silence, not I only received the wrong bag but the quality is so bad and it is no real leather, smells like plastic

The bag I ordered looks nothing like the one pictured on the website.
Its not leather as stated, its 28cm not 32cm in length. It smells horrible and they are not replying to my refind request.
I am now having to raise a credit card dispute. Do not ever buy from them, they cannot deliver the goods.
I spent $280 on a product that resembles a $5 Temu bag.
