Schuhe nicht erhalten. Erreichbarkeit nicht gegeben. Finger weg! Das ist BETRUG!!!

Esperienza pessima: pagato (tramite PayPal) 199€ più 6,50€ per la spedizione veloce, li contatto tramite Whatsapp per chiedere aggiornamenti sull’ordine senza ricevere risposta. Ho provato a chiamarli al numero di telefono indicato ed anche li niente da fare… I prodotti che vendono sono molto belli e il sito fatto davvero bene, ma purtroppo l’azienda è totalmente inaffidabile. Basta leggere le altre recensioni presenti su Trustpilot.

I buy a pair of shoes and i receive them quite quickly last may 2025.

UPDATE - Thankfully i´ve got my money back through the paypal buyer protection. Seller didn´t answer messages neither from me nor from paypal. They have the audacity to post on social media, add products to their shop while ignoring orders and calls / messages.
Ridiculous company! SCAMMERS!

product terug gestuurd, zelfs aangetekend laten aankomen. I.o.v dit bedrijf track and trace code en verzendbewijs doorgemaild. Kreeg bericht van post.nl dat het pakketje afgeleverd was. Maar HEB NOOIT MIJN GELD TERUGGEKREGEN! Ze reageren ook niet terug op mail (5x) en ook niet op whats app berichten! Dus bestel hier niet!

Update - Did not get any reply from Atalasport regarding my return. Used the claim back feature from my bank (HSBC) and got refunded that way. If you find yourself in a similar situation I urge you to do this. Use records of proof of postage and screenshot tracking/delivery details. Claim back is available up to 120 days after purchase.

I purchased a pair of sneakers on December 13. I ordered size 39 but when I received them they were too small. I sent them a message requesting to returned the shoes and exchange for a size 40. The first time, they sent the same shoes (size 39) again.
I sent the shoes back again December 30th. I confirmed with UPS that the package was delivered on Jan 9 at 11:24 AM. I have written several messages to their customer service but never got an answer... no shoes sent, NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION, ZERO. Very bad customer service .Do not recommend. Isabel Gelabert

Eine sehr langsame Versandabteilung. Es werden Versandkosten von 5€ verlangt und für die Retoure nochmals 10€. Die Qualität der Schuhe ist OK wenn auch überteuert. Aber bequeme Schuhe sind es nicht.

Dont buy!!! Deceived!!!

the shoes get faulty quite quickly. replacement is not possible as they dont communicate with their clients neither in english nor in italian. to get some reaction from their side you need to reach out to EU consumer rights protection agency or court.
