Good First Impression, But an Unfortunate Accident During Installation
Honestly, the product arrived on time and the battery looked to be in very good physical condition. The packaging and delivery experience were both positive.
However, unfortunately I never had the chance to properly evaluate the battery itself. I replaced the battery on my own based on my previous experience with laptop repairs, but during the installation a sudden spark occurred on the motherboard and, sadly, the main board was damaged.
It was a very upsetting experience, especially because I cannot say for certain whether the battery itself was working correctly or not after that incident.

Dear Hossein Farhangi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are pleased to learn that the battery was delivered on time and that you were satisfied with the product's physical condition, packaging, and the delivery process.
At the same time, regarding the mishap that occurred during the installation process, we fully understand the frustration and disappointment this has caused you. Damage to a laptop's motherboard is undoubtedly a deeply distressing situation.
As you noted, it is unfortunate that—due to the accident interrupting the installation—it is currently difficult to determine whether the battery itself is functioning correctly, as it could not be fully tested. Circuit failures occurring during laptop repairs can sometimes be attributed to a variety of factors, including connector misalignment, residual charge on the motherboard, improper installation procedures, or underlying hardware issues that are not immediately visible to the naked eye.
We are deeply grateful that, despite being unable to fully evaluate the product itself, you still provided us with such objective and sincere feedback. It is precisely this kind of feedback—from customers like you—that helps us continuously improve our product quality and customer support services.
Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this unfortunate incident has caused you.
Sincerely,
The asusbatteryshop.com.au Team
