Rob has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout this process. From our very first conversation he took the time to genuinely understand my background, my experience and what I was looking for and matched me to an opportunity that feels like a genuinely strong fit.
His communication has been excellent throughout, prompt, clear and always professional.
The interview briefing pack he prepared was exceptionally thorough and demonstrated real care in wanting me to succeed. It's clear that Rob goes well beyond simply placing candidates, he invests in preparation and takes genuine pride in getting the right outcome for both sides.
I would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a recruiter who combines professionalism with a warm, personal approach. He has made what can be a stressful process feel supported and manageable every step of the way.

Regardless of interview outcome, my views remain consistent, Rob's ability to deliver against his objectives with such professionalism and dedication is truly inspiring, and I have no doubt he will continue to make a significant difference to the candidates and clients he works with.

"I dealt mostly with Harry, and have to say found him most knowledgeable and professional, who kept me informed during the process.

Harry was quick to communicate and was extremely supportive in providing information regarding the role, and accompanying guidance.

An exceptional example how a top recruiter should perform and a credit to the Astute Company as a representative. "

"Great assistance and she goes an extra mile to assist in every way possible. "
