Astro talk is a cheater company, I bought pearls of 4905 Rs, when i got checked through local gem expert he told that this is just 350 Rs cost. They are looting in the name of brand to innocent people. Dont trust this platform just go local known jewellers/astrologer they will tell u exact. Also there is no refund policy of any pearl/stones.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this app has changed.

The cashback system used to actually make using the platform worthwhile. We used to receive meaningful cashback — especially on autopay — which helped offset the high costs. The more clients we brought in and the more we referred, the more affordable the app became. Now it’s been reduced to something like $14 with an expiry date, which makes it feel almost pointless. Because of this, I’ve gone from using the app frequently to barely using it at all and just saving my money.

On top of that, customer service has been consistently frustrating and unhelpful. This isn’t a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. Agents seem confused, don’t properly understand the issue, and rarely provide any real resolution.

For example, today I was told there is no referral cashback system, which is simply incorrect. Then I raised a separate issue — that I haven’t been receiving cashback promo notifications for months while others are — and instead of investigating, I was told “nothing is wrong” and that it should just start working. That’s not a solution. That’s dismissive.

It feels like I have to repeat myself multiple times, and even then the issue isn’t understood or resolved. As a paying customer, that’s incredibly frustrating.

Overall, the value of this app has significantly declined — both in terms of rewards and customer support. If this continues, there’s really no reason to keep using it.

Pathetic services, unable to deliver order since last one month. Every time I complain they take address and give fake confirmation for delivery.

As an old psychic, they treat us like robots and no fair income , they lie even in rates and too many, I can't provide with any internal informations because they may take legal actions against this, but Trustpilot please take this into consideration so may they see and give psychics there rights , because literally I had none

I wanted to try the app to see how it works. They say the first chat is free my you only have 2 min to ask a question and get an answer then they ask you to pay to continue the chat. I think this is a scam.

This is a total scam. Once you delete the chat and ask the same question again after a few days, the prediction will be different, and your money will be gone. Some are genuinely good, but a lot of them are just fake (with just intuition-based astrology and no professional experience). Most of them also say very general, common-sense things in a sugar-coated tone, which makes it seem like your situation will improve, but that's to get better reviews, then increase their per-minute fees in the app, and become more trustworthy. For most astrologers, this app is just a side gig for making money online without taking guarantees of predictions, and the best thing is you can't meet them in person to claim your refund. Probably, my review might also get deleted by them, as this would require approval from them. For your own good, Indians should not download this app.

I have always been a regular client and always wanted to continue using your services However really sorry to say it's very disappointing that I have been cheated in the name of 100 percent cashback on my previous order - 9204532106671 wherein there were false promises and false commitment done .

Since there is no resolution from your end .I am really sorry to say will not be using the services anymore in future and shall be escalating this case on social media - Trust pilot as fraud .

Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

The CEO of the comany shouldbe jailed for running a company that fools it client. 95% of the astrologers are fake; none of their predictions have come true. All they want is to sell puja and keep trying to increase their time while talking.

I have used them at least 10 times over few years and learnt few things now :
1)They purposefully make call connections weak, so you keep calling and you have to disconnect and try again . During this process you keep paying for time you or astrologer did not hear you . I first thiight it’s a glitch and then I asked this question on public forum of users and realised this scam .

2) Prices have become exorbitant and they are charging at least 7 times fees of astrologer . I only 2 of them from another platform the have and upon asking / checking I found out how greedy Astrotalk has become with such poor quality call connection scam.

Try to avoid and look for a honest provider .

People should refrain from buy products from AstroTalk, it is all fake and does not do any good, but I had a very bad experience, everything went topsy turvy after I started wearing the bracelet, I had bought both the pyrite and the other money or luck bracelets, things started going bad... So, I took it off and things got a little better then. Please advice you all not to buy any stuff and they assign all junior pandits - amatures

Liers... Doesn't provide refund on returned product. Provide fake promises that the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. I followed up over a month on both WhatsApp and email support, no refund was processed till now, only fake commitment. Bloody liers.

Very predatory practice. I feel it’s an unethical company

All the products you are selling are fraudulent duplicates. You are misleading people through excessive ads, videos, and fake feedback to promote your website and sell counterfeit products. These fake promises will not work, and you are making a fool of customers.

Completely fake first I talked in august he told me by end of august I would be solved all then he asked some evi eye poojas than I will come it my problems September also completed than he told October with some predictions later I met another he told me completely wrong I tested him and women astrologer I met in December she predicted me wrong and I said am in living away with my partner than how you are saying am going to be another child she using harsh words and get out of my chat . Whom ever I chat are wrong astrologers they don’t even know astrology they are using our weakness of trust please don’t waste your money and trust believing these type of apps

Poor customer service ..No one is here to listen your complaint

I have been using Astrotalk for a quite a while right now, as one of my very close friends suggested about the services which Astrotalk provides as her problem related to father’s health issues was resolved, so she suggested to me also. First I thought what might help in just forsaking the future goals and issues but after having words with few astrologers on the application, things started coming out to be true which according to me was a trust maker on the application and astrology too.
Would like to add on that things might not be going on right in our life’s right now, but taking guidance and mantra’s might just lower down the worst case scenario in future.
