My experience With Assurance Financial Solutions has been very positive. I purchased their mirror Will writing service via Wowcher for £14 and received exceptional service as if I were a full-paying customer. There was a lot of communication via emails and then a very thorough phone conversation with a qualified advisor who answered all of our questions without any hesitation. She invested a lot of time on the phone and treated us with respect. I am not a native English person so I do not understand British Law very well, therefore I asked a lot of questions. Our advisor was very patient with me and very professional as well. My husband and I were both very impressed. They followed up with emails and completed the legal procedure by creating formal documents. I have now subscribed to their monthly plan as I will be going back to them for further support and updates as our life circumstances change.
