Friendly obliging people,visited to…

Friendly obliging people,visited to collect free sawdust,met Darren who organised for me.The sawdust was already bagged up and they brought it to my car by fork lift and even lifted into the boot for me!

I can't rate this company enough.

I can't rate this company enough.
I ordered some pallets to make garden furniture. The next day I had a courtesy call from them checking what my purchase was for to ensure I had ordered the right grade of pallets as some are stronger and will withstand more weight than others. They adapted my order accordingly and the pallets were delivered in the next day or two.
The pallets arrived in excellent condition ready for my project. All very easy and reasonably priced too.

As your order is dispatched from Southampton, it can take up to four days to deliver to some parts of Scotland.
This is clearly stated in our Terms of Delivery on our website.

Although your service was quick and the pallets of good quality, your driver saw fit to argue with a junior member of our warehouse team with regards to unloading via tail lift, he took it on himself to walk over to the company across from us and request their help, he upset and humiliated a young girl of 19 and argued with her manager aswell. This behaviour is unacceptable and we will probably never use your service again.

Thank you for your positive review based on our services. Your order was delivered via an outside haulier and not ourselves.
This is totally unacceptable behaviour from the hauliers driver and we will raise a complaint right away and the correct actions will be taking.
