As my purchase was a high ticket item, a member of staff went to the trouble of phoning me to double check the order before sending out. Very thoughtful.
Delivery was speedy and on time.

My byAcre Carbon Ultralight rollator brake cable snapped after only six months of use.
Phoned Assist Mobility explained the situation and a replacement cable, handle, and maintenance pack was sent by first class post at no charge.
I gave it a go and when I ran into difficulties I phoned for advice and they offered to collect and lend me a demonstration model.
I accepted their offer, the rollator was duly collected repaired and delivered back the next day.

I’ve been using my acre carbon ultralight Rollator colour (Oyster) purchased December 2024 from Assist Mobility for a few weeks now & I’m so pleased with it. I researched various makes but this one although expensive is brilliant & fitted my requirements.There’s a choice of 10 colours.Its light to use & no brake cables showing.I can sit on it to rest. The handles are easy to adjust according to persons height & enables me to walk upright.It came with a smart zipped roomy bag with shoulder strap which I remove to wear when I fold the rollator up.Assist Mobilty customer service is exemplary. Donna assisted me in registering the item & replied to my emails by return. I would highly recommend Assist Mobility, my experience was fantastic.

Bought a byacre rollator from here. Customer service was great, emailed me to check order details (rollator came in 3 sizes and about 10 colours!) before processing. Delivery was meant to be 2-3 days, but it arrived next day! And price was the cheapest I could find on internet at time of buying. Fantastic company. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service. Had a problem with delivery( not the fault of Assistmobility) and the staff did everything they could to sort things out. The staff were courteous, caring, friendly and efficient. If only every company was as professional. Recommend unhesitatingly.
