I wholly expect this review will be…

I wholly expect this review will be deleted. Most of the reviews on here are bizarre names and 1 reviewers which generally would suggest BOTS. As the whole Access First is all AI driven it’s scary that this is how you might not get a job you really want.
I’ve applied for a great job that Access First questionnaire is part of it. Really difficult to select from the 2 choices throughout, some make no sense. The brain section is easier than it first appears but even so I would be upset to find out that not putting the circles in the right place I didn’t get the job! You don’t find out the results, just get an AI personality of you form that.
Sadly this is the way of the world!

We would like to clarify a few important points. First, AssessFirst never makes hiring decisions. Our role is to provide companies with additional insights to help them better understand candidates, but the final decision always belongs to the recruiter or the hiring company.

Regarding the reviews posted here, they are verified by Trustpilot and are not bots. We also do not have the ability to delete reviews. Positive reviews therefore reflect the genuine experiences of candidates and users who had a positive experience with the platform.

The purpose of our assessments is to go beyond the CV and help organizations better understand how a person thinks, what motivates them, and how they might perform in a role. Une arnaque ?

Cadre du service public, mon métier consiste en grande partie à faire du contrôle qualité auprès de mon équipe. Je postule pour devenir manager, et le résultat du test dit que je n'ai aucune préoccupation pour la qualité du travail fait sous mes ordres... C'est une vaste blague. Et cerise sur le gateaux 8 fois le test me demande si je désire accroitre considérablement mon salaire ou si je veux améliorer le service rendu à autrui. Allo ? C'est le service public, je suis devenu Cadre pour 51 euro net par mois ! Et mon employeur me demande si je veux monter dans la hiérarchie pour me faire de l'argent. Quand on voit les vidéos de présentation des fondateurs et de la caution scientifique de cette entreprise j'hésite entre rire et pleurer sur le fait que le service public donne de l'argent à ces escrocs.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience avec notre évaluation n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre engagement dans le service public et votre rôle en tant que cadre méritent toute notre considération, et nous comprenons votre surprise face à certains éléments du test.

Nos évaluations sont basées sur des modèles scientifiques validés, mais elles ne prétendent pas résumer une personne ou son parcours à un seul résultat. Il peut arriver que certains résultats ne reflètent pas exactement la réalité vécue, notamment si certaines réponses sont interprétées différemment selon les contextes professionnels (public/privé, motivation individuelle vs mission collective, etc.).

Concernant les questions relatives à la rémunération ou à l’ambition, elles ne visent pas à juger, mais à mieux comprendre les leviers de motivation, qui peuvent être très variés d’une personne à l’autre. Ces éléments sont purement exploratoires et ne sont jamais utilisés pour discriminer ou porter un jugement de valeur.
