A bad experience
Unfortunately, the quality and construction of the dress did not meet expectations. The fabric feels unusually bulky, which was not apparent from the product photos, and the backing is extremely thick and stiff, making it harsh and uncomfortable against the skin. Because of its weight and thickness, the dress is not suitable for warm-weather wear as anticipated. Additionally, the length is significantly longer than shown in the product photos, even though I am above average height. Overall, the item feels heavy and poorly suited for the intended style and price point.
I emailed customer service about these concerns and requested a return, but have not received any response after several days. This lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, when attempting to submit the online return form, the only available options require selecting that the item will be returned to a store in the UK or Bermuda. I am in the US.
Between the disappointing quality, lack of customer service response, and a return process that does not accommodate U.S. customers, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering any of their stuff in the US.

Arrived on time Well packed in…
Arrived on time Well packed in recyclable packaging and all perfect. It was left in our postbox on the gate post as gates closed but unlike other delivery drivers in the box ! Some just throw it over gates !
