The AskOkey team is incredibly helpful. While I’m not (yet) a tailoring—MTM or bespoke—customer, I’ve purchased several accessories from their collection. I mention this because one might assume that buying lower-priced items could come with an inattentive customer experience. That hasn’t been the case at all in my experience.
Every interaction I’ve had with AskOkey has been marked by thoughtful guidance and genuine personal attention. The team has consistently helped me choose accessories that not only suit me individually but also work well together. They’re always quick to respond and genuinely eager to assist.
I’ll absolutely continue to turn to AskOkey for my classic menswear needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a stunningly stylish wardrobe.

My classic menswear journey started with the educational videos of AskOkey. Till date, they continue to educate me. AskOkey team has been able to create a brand and superb product from scratch against the toxic rivalry and secrecy practiced in the industry; because at the end of the day it is about a great product for the customer of this century and not just competitiveness as per the old book. And they have their own style, which is their USP. Not everyone has to agree; but we can surely appreciate the effort. In that sense, they have been able to build a large community of classic menswear enthusiasts that values both content and substance. I have personally learnt much from the Proff and team, and so has the larger base of subscribers, customers, and the discord community. It is not just tailoring; but a whole package of product, service, tech, and media model. Let that sink in for a while! And just like any other new business, they have their challenges with operations, which is normal. There is always room for improvement. I have been a customer of their well curated accessory line, and active member of the Discord community. I look forward to continuing the relationship.

I purchased MTM suit with a great overall experience

Process: Hassle-free; measurements taken with phone AI pictures and suit delivered straight to doorstep, no trial fit

Product: Suit is of great quality and design with a best in class fabric - allowing for comfort, style, and longevity

Customer experience: Suit was at 95% perfection when delivered with NO TEST OF FIT. AskOkey promptly assessed the suit online, suggested alterations, and covered required expenses

One thing that I would love to see enhanced is the website experience - from allowing ease of use (visuals, buttons, speed of website) to enabling easier selection (proposing colors / designs / calibrations based on some input from the customer)

Overall, highly recommend an AskOkey suit for whoever is considering it

Overall, the AO team is spectacular. They provide consistent feedback, encouragement, insight, and support through any journey of getting a garment made, styling said garment or garments you already own, and providing critique on where you could improve. Their discord is a great community for like minded individuals in classic menswear. I am constantly holding great conversations, debates, and discussions about any number of topics around menswear. Whether it be where to improve, collar lengths, spreads, to the rise and hem opening of your trousers. The conversation always leaves you with more knowledge than you had before you engaged in it. I love the community and the brand, and can not wait for future endeavors with them.

I had a pair of trousers made in a tweed. Tim and Willie were my consultants and really made sure that my trousers were perfect for me. They were always available to answer any of my questions. The trousers themself are the highest quality trousers I own, the details are carefully poured over to make sure everything is perfect.

I love this company and the work they do! No one does it better for English drape cut suits! I have a pair of red and blue suspenders from them and I love them! They have braided ends for longevity and they look fantastic. I am also on the company discord and have found the AO team and the other members to be very helpful and provide great insight for clothing. Hard to recommend a company enough when they do top tier work in their clothing and digital media (YouTube, Instagram) A special shout out to Tim and Willie

Very pleased with the service, quality and tons of advice received from Tim and Will.

Tim, the COO, is ceaselessly professional, patient, and responsive. Whatever he is paid, they should double it, he rocks. After successfully ordering a tie and braces—and strictly because of Tim's exceptional customer service—I decided to proceed with an MTM suit.

There were some small issues from the start: the desktop site wouldn’t process payments, the service team sent incorrect/unclear updates about my order status, and they refused to expedite production to meet a tight deadline of mine (even when I offered to pay more).

Most unfortunate, however, was that the team quite literally forgot about my order for nearly two months despite promising a 6–8 week delivery window. They didn’t realize this oversight until I followed up with Tim roughly seven weeks after the initial purchase. They hadn't even started my garment yet.

They informed me this mistake would delay delivery by an additional 5 weeks. So, I expressed concerns about continuing with the order, as I would be out of the country and unable to receive the suit by the revised date—my new foreign residence being too difficult to service, an issue I had raised when placing the order.

They offered me some socks, a tie, and pocket squares to assuage my misgivings. This was unsatisfactory, as a I felt that these accessories hardly compensated for my being unable to receive a much-anticipated ~$3000 suit.

At this point, I mentioned considering a full refund because it would be difficult to receive the suit at my new foreign residence. But they refused, citing “policy.” I proposed a partial refund or a discount on a similar future order in exchange for retaining my business—both were rejected on the same grounds.

This left me feeling frustrated and a little suspicious. So I stated I would just pursue a chargeback for non-delivery. They responded with an offer of complimentary MTM pants. To be clear: under any other circumstances, I would have taken them up on this generous offer. But by that point, and considering my unique living circumstances, I was already frustrated at how much effort it took to secure any meaningful remediation, and didn't see a point in continuing with the order. I just wanted my money back. If it hadn't been for my moving out of country, I would have accepted and this would probably be a 5 star review.

But from my perspective, after such a significant oversight, how could I trust them to deliver the correct suit—or even the promised pants to my new location? Given their rigidity around refunds, I doubted they would be helpful if further issues arose (such as not being able to get the orders to my foreign residence). I decided it wasn’t worth the risk and moved forward with the chargeback while I still could.

Only after I informed them that my bank had begun the reversal did they offer a full refund via PayPal in exchange for cancelling the dispute—contradicting their earlier claims about restrictive refund policies. I declined, as I just didn't want to deal with any disputes over the price.

To their credit, they remained polite and responsive the whole time, and they took responsibility for their mistake, which is more than can be said for many companies. In my experience, Tim is consistently cordial, and he is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review.

In summary, AO has a refined aesthetic, informative videos, and a very courteous COO. However, in terms of responsibly fulfilling orders and providing customers with assurances and remediation, they failed in spectacular fashion with my MTM purchase.

Given this experience, I would caution other prospective customers against making significant financial commitments until the company has had more time to iron-out these production issues. At the very least, make sure you order well in advance of any deadline (4 months instead of the companies advertised 8 week window), and avoid trying to coordinate orders across locations.

Contrary to AO’s promotional claims that more affordable tailored suits from competitors aren’t “truly bespoke,” there are many skilled bespoke tailors who can replicate PROFF's drape cut at significantly lower prices—often half of AskOkey’s current rates (which have nearly doubled in recent days, for those who haven't been paying attention).

So why order an MTM suit online without fittings and risk falling through the cracks, when for the same cost—and often less time—you can be prioritized elsewhere and receive a fully bespoke suit with multiple in-person fittings that is virtually indistinguishable from AO’s work?

Save your money and avoid the headache by holding off on AskOkey for now.

My first commission started in December 2024, specifically a dark grey sharkskin three piece suit. The process started with nailing the pattern through test of fits, and midway the style was altered a bit because William knew I have a liking for the bloomed out 1930s Hollywood drape cut.

The finished suit came with some collapsing in the chest of the coat, but they took it back and dialed in the amount of canvassing needed to maintain the chest's structure.

After all was said and done, the collapsing was resolved. It now drapes smoothly and it has the desired silhouette.

I have commissioned another three piece suit (bespoke) and I will likely remain a regular client in the future.

The contact with the team as well as the final product is next to none. Very forthcoming team and solution oriented process, to get the desired result. After having 2 trousers made up bespoke and a mtm jacket, I will surely continue to return as the result is getting better and better each time

I had an excellent experience with Askokey. The quality of the suits is truly outstanding — the craftsmanship, the fit, and the attention to detail are all exceptional. You can immediately tell that a lot of care goes into every piece. The team is professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I've had a MTM suit & sports jacket + odd trousers made. It has been an incredible customer experience from start to finish on each purchase. The AI measurements are almost perfect, and any final touches they always step up to make sure it's perfect. The quality is superb. It's amazing the amount of compliments I've received wearing AskOkey.

A fantastic MTM experience. Everyone I interacted with before and after my purchase has been very professional but personable, they truly care for their customers and the products they provide. I'm genuinely surprised with the level of accuracy with the AI measuring widget they use, I was a bit skeptical at first, but very pleased with the outcome that came of it. And even if they use an AI to help speed along the process of making their beautifully crafted suits, they absolutely blow every other suit maker/tailor I've used or considered using with their classic cuts, ACTUAL classic cuts. In this world of modernity, men ABSOLUTELY need to consider AskOkey to help us return to our roots for men's wear.

I'm very pleased with my AskOkey suit, which I ordered in the summer and which has traveled the world with me since. If you find yourself feeling it's impossible to find a nice, classically cut suit out there...this is the one you've been waiting for.

It nearly goes without saying that the AskOkey cut looks amazing; but I'm also delighted with the small details on my suit that testify to its superior quality (like the boutonniere loop on the back of the lapel). AskOkey does not overlook details and they don't skimp on fabric.

I'll also say that the AI-generated measurements are surprisingly good. I was skeptical at first, but the AskOkey team communicated well with me throughout the process and made sure I received a garment that fits better than any I've owned up until now.

I look forward to ordering my next garment from AskOkey. It'll cost a lot, but it'll be worth it.

Ask Okey makes incredible suits. I've had the pleasure of ordering multiple MTM garments from them, and I must say they are the BEST suits I've ever owned. The customer service, especially Tim and Willie have been incredible at assisting me throughout this process, choosing the fabrics, the details of the suits and so on. They also answered my numerous sartorial-related questions.

Overall, my experience with AskOkey has been nothing short of amazing. My AskOkey garments put all of my other ones to shame. Glad to have found them.

AskOkey's MTM experience is excellent, from the AI measurements down to final product. The final fit was spot on, providing classic drape without being baggy or oversized. They offer truly high quality in both their service and product.

AskOkey is amazing. I’ve been following them since just before they blew up on social media. I bought a MTM Drape suit from them and everything from the construction of the garment to the customer service is best in class. I’ll be buying more.
