Do not buy from this company. I emailed them asking about product detail on 25th Nov. They returned email on Dec 10th. I bought the product anyway on 2nd Dec. I have had no confirmation of estimated delivery date and they simply do not return emails or answer the phone.

Finally got through the Carl Palmer on the above tel. number as was given an incorrect DHL tracking number.

Totale Kundenverarschung bei der Blitzlieferung. Nach 5 Tagen konnte noch nicht einmal das Auslieferungsdatum angegeben werden. Unfreundlicher Telefonservice toppt das Ganze!

Offered me a 'Birthday Discount' which they extended by 5 days so I used it to buy a reel but seemingly they declined to honour the offer and messed me around stating that the payment didn't go through and even suggested that the offer had expired before I used it! Very slow to respond to emails and difficult to get hold of their customer services manager Mr Carl Palmer. So disappointed as in the past they had been very good!

Bought a tackle box xxl and it is excellent, exactly what I wanted which I couldn't get in uk , it came after about 10 days but was worth waiting for, read some negative feedback about askari but I couldn't rate them any higher.

On the 8th of march i order a rod an payed the amount the same day forward.
I did get an informative email about the order but no conformation about the payment. So the next week I send four emails asking for a payment conformation but the days after no reply. After making a phonecall a week later I did get a conformation by a friendly operator that the order and payment was confirmed. On the 19th I recieved an email with a DHL tracking number. The next day the order was delivered (Germany-Holland).

if you can avoid and don't order the stuff which is 'limited availability' as you might never receive it and keep calling to Germany to get your refund

Utter trash, the firm does not have any clue. I ordered something that was showing as dispatched but in fact they sat on it, cancelled something, and delayed the shipment for over 8 days. Do not order here if you need anything quickly, or lets say within 4 weeks.

Finger weg und nichts bestellen. Warte nun schon Ewigkeiten, dass die Bestellung versendet wird. Status Bestelling in Bearbeitung. Habe letztendlich alles stoniert. Bei Amazon ist man ein anderes Service gewohnt-

I placed an order with Askari for four items, then later checked the portal which showed my order had been dispatched.

Actually, my order was never dispatched. Askari kept stating that it had been sent by DHL, but were never able to provide a consignment number of tracking information and three weeks later following numerous calls to Germany and emails to customer services which were never replied to, I raised a case with my credit card company and they provided a full refunded.

From my communications with Askari, I gather Carl Palmer is the manager/owner, but he didn't have the courtesy to address my issues and in fact when I asked for him by name I was told by his staff that they had no way to reach him and he didn't own a mobile phone; this was the last of a plethora of lies from the company.

My whole experience with Askari was an extremely frustrating waste of time and money. My advice to all buyers is to stick with known reputable companies; but if you do decide to buy from Askari, make sure to use your credit card as you may need them to get involved.

Habe vor paar Tagen EVA Stiefel Größe 44 gekauft die mir zu klein sind (ich trage Gr.43). Nach einem Tel.gespräch die Ware auf eine Nummer größer zu tauschen, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich 2 mal Porto bezahlen muss und dass das kein Reklamationsgrund wäre. Ich bezahle den Preis und werde nicht mehr bei Askari einkaufen.

Service Hotline ist unfreundlich, und der Blitzversande eine Frechheit. Knapp 5 € das dass Packet am selben Tag raus geht, bei einem normalen Versand am nächsten Tag.
Askari sollte sich mal überlegen einen neuen Packetdienst zu zulegen.

I purchased a £200 pair of Boots. Very poor service and no reply to phone calls or emails to return the boots. Repeatedly rang them and emailed and never got a reply. Disgusting customer service. Kept on hold n automated telephone service and put in email holds. Terrible and now stuck with boots as they have taken the money. Would never recommend such terrible service and I hope they get to see this review. Do not use them.

Ich warte seit Anfang August auf eine Teilbestellung.
Die fehlenden Artikel waren als "verfügbar" deklariert. Nach mehrwöchiger Vertröstung in Form von automatisch generierten Erinnerungen das meine Auswahl auf sehr begehrte Artikel gefallen ist erhalte ich seitdem alle zwei Wochen.
Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit der Bitte um Ausgleich der Differenzsumme interessiert die dort gar nicht. Das nach derartiger Zeitspanne ggf. ein Entgegenkommen dem Kunden gegenüber in Form eines Gutscheines oder ggf. eine Anfrage auf adäquaten Ersatz erfolgt, ist in der Askari-Unternehmenspolitik anscheinend keine Option.
Als führendes Angelhaus sollte gerade der Kontakt zum Kunden bei beschriebener Situationen geplegt werden, denn es ist ja auch menschlich wenn mal was nicht funktioniert. Aber man kann doch jemanden nicht über 2 Monate hinhalten.
Was ist das für ein Verhalten.

Ich werde definitiv keine Bestellung mehr aufgeben und meinen Account löschen.

ordered a reel from this company and it took nearly a month to come , Hermes stated they lost it ,Askari don't communicate very well either through emails would not recommend

Die Preise bei Kleinteilen sind sehr gut...Versand dauerte nur vier Tage. Alle Artikel wurden korrekt und vollständig geliefert....werde wieder dort etwas bestellen.

I spent quite a lot of time making an order. It's a very good website.
Then I submitted the order. It was executed and I received an email that it would be shipped. No tracking number though.
A week later I called them to hear about my things. They didn't know.
I waited another 5 days before I revisited the site only to see that my order had been canceled. Called them - the transporter had not been able to deliver so they canceled the order without telling me about it. Obviously I never received a notification from the transporter.
Money has not been returned yet - 4 days after the cancellation.
