I would like to point out that I already emailed the address they provided, on September 4 and never received a response. Today is September 9, and I will once again send an email to the same address, as requested.

I find this situation completely unacceptable. My original refund request was submitted on August 14, within the applicable refund period and in accordance with their refund policy. Despite the many emails and follow-ups I have sent, almost a month has passed and my refund request still has not been properly addressed or resolved.

I have followed every instruction I have been given and repeatedly contacted the different email addresses and support channels I was directed to. Yet I am still waiting for an actual solution. A customer should not have to spend weeks chasing a company just to have a valid refund request reviewed and answered.

I will email them again today, as requested, but I expect my case to actually be reviewed this time and to receive a clear response and a definitive resolution.

And to those users for whom the platform is working perfectly: that’s great, and I genuinely hope you enjoy it and never experience any problems. But if something does go wrong and you need to contact customer support, that is when you may discover a very different side of the service.

My experience so far has been almost a month of emails, follow-ups, and being redirected from one support channel to another, with no resolution to my refund request.

It almost works very slowly. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. But it's the pro version.
