She listened and quickly reassured me that a mandatory hospital stay was not necessarily what was best. And then she made recommendations that would help so we could start treating the problem instead of rushing off to the ER. Having her reassure me along with that she dealt with it several times before really helped a lot.

Even though the medical advice was very helpful, be very careful if using this site!
A major complaint is the "bait and switch" tactic, where a low initial fee (eg. US$5 becomes a monthly subscription up to US$50 without you being informed or agreeing on this supposed “subscription”). The FTC have filed a lawsuit in January 2026 against JustAnswer for deceptive subscription practices.

Very professional. The doctor made my health concerns easy to explain. When answering question the doctor help me to stay calm while i was explaining with no judgement. I would feel comfortable using ask doctor again.
