These guys were amazing.
I was purchasing from Australia after finding it really difficult to get parts via my insurance company. They turned around a door to door delivery of a LDV Van door shell in 2 weeks.
Never imported car parts before but these guys made it easy. Very happy with outcome.
So as you can see by the title I purchased an item which had a shipping price. Their listings do state that if it says 1usd or 9999usd enquire about shipping. The item I purchased had a custom shipping of 15usd so it did not fall into this category. I purchased my item and patiently waited.
I then received an email stating that the shipping was incorrect and they will give me an updated quote.
They replied the next day asking for 134USD!!! and 2 months to wait... This was so much more than the original I could not accept paying that. I believe they know this and after I requested a refund they said they will remove 5% for 'fees'...
This is their fault and I don't believe I should be paying for this as they are at fault, but I think this is part of the scam they are running.
Stay clear of this website as they will pull this scam on you if you do purchase anything.
