Exceptional customer service

We purchased a Mini Cooper S from Mark, communication was clear and prompt and I arranged to buy the car unseen as I live 5 hours way. It was as described and all good. Two days later we had a fault and it needed to be repaired locally to me. Mark stepped in talked with my garage assured them the costs would be met by them and it was all fixed within 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic experience buying…

Absolutely fantastic experience buying my Porsche Cayenne from this seller. The car was exactly as described — clean, well looked after, and drives perfectly. Communication was honest and professional from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell the seller genuinely cares about their cars and customers. There was great communication…

There was great communication throughout purchasing the car and kept me up to date. Both really easy to talk to and answered all the questions we had. I felt comfortable and confident with them. And very accommodating as I had my daughter with me on the test drive. They were also happy to go back and forth on WhatsApp which was more convenient. I will certainly speak to Ashcroft first when we are looking for our next car. Thanks so much
